Just to say, I ordered the 21” wrecking ball one a couple of weeks ago and whilst it’s an absolute nightmare to set up on your own for the reasons outlined in the video, it’s a fantastic bag to work on. There’s very little movement in the bag due to the weight so you can practice every combination imaginable. Upper cuts and hooks in particular. Despite the weight it doesn’t cause me any discomfort during or after a workout and I couldn’t be happier with it. Always end up finishing the session with a smile on my face. Great bit of kit.
my aqua bag has the same apparatus and it fit snug right on my hose and took two seconds to fill this thing. the pro tip is to fill it with an air pump to some degree before filling it with the water..
The form looks the same but we redesigned the Aqua Training Bag to hold water and handle daily training. Boat buoys are built to hold air. We also created a sensor to go with ours that tracks training sessions, power output and more.
@@FSPRO thanks 'cause I'm looking online I saw one that says 12 x 14 inches, Its a dimension and I think yours is diameter of 12 inches? Could it be the same?
If I'm honest I got rid of it after about 6 months. It was so hard it was hurting my hands to use it. Even when using wraps and a solid set of gloves. I did like it but would definitely have been better had it been less hard on the hands. I've spoken to a lot of people about this issue and it seems to be worse on the smaller models with the larger ones being softer.
@@FSPRO Appreciate the feedback! Yeah, the smaller bags will have less give to them than the larger bags, especially our 18" and 21" bags. Let us know if you want to give it another try.
I have a 21" 185lbs in my front room lol..Hung it from ceiling through the beams. I have a older house and they used stronger wood. If your a heavy puncher you might want a heavier weight then 15"..But they are way better than the traditional heavybag which had my hands aching
Turn your existing Aquabag into a smart-bag with the power sensor. The sensor will level up your training. See file:///var/mobile/Library/SMS/Attachments/c9/09/60E3CCFE-7481-40A5-AE34-E9DB553B9AB8/769769406-cameraRoll.MP4
I ordered the 12″ Head Hunter just the other day and it appears you have the same one. I understand from other users is not to fully fill the bag with water thus making the bag less dense and easier on the hands and joints.
Mines not fully filled by the fact I couldn't get the right attachment for the hose pipe. Its 85% maybe 90% filled; Still a bag of bricks! I tried the slightly larger one at a friends gym. It was similar but slightly more pliable. Another consideration is the area where I've hung it is very cold which could have a baring on how hard it is. After speaking to a couple of other people with them I think its just a case of wrapping your hands well and keeping the power down.
The first thing that comes into my mind is get a large trash barrel and put it underneath the bag. Then, remove the plug and tilt the bag to drain the water. Some refinements might include putting some painters plastic sheets on the floor first and maybe some towels or rags, too, to catch any spillover and prevent it from spreading.
@@DarkCloudNC The smaller ones seem to be harder than the big aqua bags, from what I've understood from others reviewing the bigger sizes. So if you want one of these, but with more give and better on your joints, get the biggest one you can afford/handle.

Ever tried filling it once it is hanging?

For someone with no hose pipe can this be filled with a shower head

THANK YOU SO MUCH SIR👊🏽
The aqua bag is a boat buoy look it up much cheeper
He mentioned this bag is 12, I look up Water Buoy of 12 x 14 inches. Is it the same?
@@leorosa I think so

@Scott Sid bro exactly 🤣🤣.
I'm glad I watch this i was thinking about getting one
can I know the dimension or the diamater of your aqua bag ?
I think this one was the 12 inch one;

Cool 😎 buddy ,got.one on way some good tips there thanks
I ordered the 18” fireball orange bag on my titan floor mounted rack. I love it
How’s the bag doing ten months in?

Nice video bro. 👍🏻 informative.
Between the 15” and 18” which one would you suggest for my garage. I’m undecided between these two .

I'll be filling my large one as it is hanging! (when it arrives of course!)

@@FSPRO Maybe get a pair of 16 oz gloves
@@DaunteeTheInferno I have many sets of gloves mate but realistically you should not need sparring gloves for bag work
@@FSPRO yea my 12 " aqua bag it's hard too. Lol. I think I liked my regular ringside round bag better
I've also heard the cold makes a noticeable difference to how hard it is. What kind of bungee did you use? And where did you find it?
I bought a 12 inch aqua bag thinking it was gonna be easier on my joints but it's pretty hard. Do u guys know of a bag that is soft to punch it?
Hell no.
Buy a polyform Norway.HG
i was thinking of just buying a small buoy and filling it
Im moving my boxing equipment around..anyone know how to properly drain the bag so I can move it and refill it?

The big ones are softer then heavy bags
What about the smaller Aqua Bags like the 15 lb one?
@@DarkCloudNC The smaller ones seem to be harder than the big aqua bags, from what I've understood from others reviewing the bigger sizes.
So if you want one of these, but with more give and better on your joints, get the biggest one you can afford/handle.
