reflecting on taking shrooms made me quit smoking weed?

lol you know when youre in the middle of straightening your hair and your brain decides that it needs to process some shit immediately?
idk i have actually been thinking about decreasing my weed intake a lot lately but i accidentally went cold turkey after a conversation with a friend last week and i guess i just wanted to talk through how that happened to try and make sense of it?
