Great video. This shows what a lot of the calls are which would not only help referees but also spectators. But I think the problem is with the referees coming through especially the younger ones is that there are too many calls to make. So I see a lot of refs not call fouls as they probably don’t know or get confused on which fouls to call so they don’t make them. I think they should make a universal sign for all fouls except for tech fouls , time outs , subs , over stepping boundary lines or shooting fouls where points might count and the player goes to line for either 1 free throw or if he missies then he would go in for 2 or 3 free throws. It might help get better calls during games as it stops the refs worrying about making the wrong call and maybe they can even just state the foul but with the one universal call.
Looking nice and confident which is good. However I would advise that you slow down some of the signals so they don’t look aggressive. Timeouts and substitutions signal should also be held for a little while longer to communicate it to the players and coaches. Also you don’t need a whistle when holding or starting the clock (unless there has been outbound of course). If you could also get your elbow a little more straight it would make you look even more confident and professional. This not only makes you look like a better and more confident referee but also prevents coaches from continually questioning your calls.
If you need a video rulebook to help you as a referee, we are great for that!
Nice sir.. My natutunAn ako

I agree that they worry about too many signals, maybe have a solid 3?
