സാർ, എനിക്ക് ഒരിക്കൽ സ്ട്രോക് വന്നതാണ്. ചെറിയ തോതിൽ വായ ഒരു ഭാഗത്തേക്ക്‌ പോയത്. ഞാൻ MRI സ്കാനിങ് എടുത്തു. അപ്പോൾ അതിൽ ചെറിയ രീതിയിൽ രക്തം കട്ട പിടിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ 4 ദിവസം അഡ്മിറ്റ് ആയി അവിടന്നു capsule കഴിച്ചു അത് മാറി. ഇപ്പോൾ എന്നോട് ഡോക്ടർ പറഞ്ഞു ആസ്പിരിൻ 50 gm ക്യാപ്സ്യൂൾ എന്നും കഴിച്ചോ എന്നാണ്. ഒരിക്കൽ സ്ട്രോക്ക് വന്നവർക്കു വീണ്ടും വരാൻ സാധ്യത ഉണ്ടോ? എനിക്ക് മദ്യപാനം ഇല്ല, പുകവലി ഇല്ല. പിന്നെ എങ്ങനെ ആയിരിക്കും സ്ട്രോക് വന്നത്?

He is completely ok now except his fear and lack of confidence to do something he like to do....Mostly he face difficult in public & he used to depend us . Can counseling help him to recover his trauma? Or do we need to consult a neuro specialist or physiotherapist?

എൻ്റെ അമ്മയ്ക്ക് 27-08-2021 ന് stroke വന്നു. Balance നും കാഴ്ചയ്ക്കും ബാധിച്ചു. സംസാരവും ഓർമ്മയും മെല്ലെ പിടിച്ച് നടക്കാനും കഴിയുന്നുണ്ട് .സർ ഇത് പൂർണ്ണമായി മാറില്ലേ.. കാഴ്ച തിരിച്ച് കിട്ടില്ലേ .62 വയസ്സാണ് ഇപ്പോ അമ്മയ്ക്ക്. എത്ര കാലം വേണ്ടി വരും മാറ്റം വരാൻ

ഏത് പ്രായത്തിലും ആർക്കും വരാവുന്ന ഒന്നാണ് അപസ്മാരം...കുട്ടിക്കാലത്ത് വരാത്തവർക്ക് പിന്നെ വരില്ല എന്നൊന്നും ഇല്ല... MRI normal ആയതിന്റെ അർത്ഥം തലച്ചോറിൽ ഉള്ള മുഴകൾ ഒന്നും കാരണം അല്ല seizure വന്നത് എന്ന് മാത്രം ആണ്.... EEG പലപ്പോഴും seizure waves കിട്ടണം എന്നില്ല... Seizure വരുന്ന സമയത്ത് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ seizure കഴിഞ്ഞ് എത്ര വേഗം എടുക്കുന്നോ അതിനനുസരിച്ചു EEG കിട്ടാൻ ഉള്ള സാധ്യത കൂടും എന്ന് മാത്രം... MRI & EEG normal ആണെങ്കിലും 2 തവണയിൽ കൂടുതൽ seizure വന്നാൽ കുറച്ചുനാൾ തുടർച്ച ആയി മരുന്നുകൾ എടുക്കേണ്ടി വരും... പിന്നെ seizure ഒരിക്കലും stroke ആയി മാറില്ല
