Yes true Philippines is a beautiful country in world ( paradise country with lots of fun) . I'm a Filipino and live here in Brazil and most of the countries here till the Carribian I went through already and nothing compared to the Philippines specially the culture and no language barrier to tourist or those foreiners live there.
