This isn't a real school. It's a corporation (EDMC), posing as an arts/culinary college. Their sole mission is to enroll anyone with a pulse, borrow money from the government using your name, then pass on the eternal debt to you. They hype up their success and employment stats in order to get people to enroll. They consider a culinary graduate working at Arby's a success story.
The Art Institutes brand was sued a couple of years ago by the Department of Justice in the amount of $11 billion for fraudulent recruitment tactics. They lost and settled for a fraction. Employers have blacklisted applicants with Art Institutes on their resumes, calling them "for-profit degree factories". 18 out of their 50 campuses nationwide are closing, due to low enrollment. Google EDMC/Art Institutes and see the facts for yourself. It's not pretty! It's hard to find anything good.
To make a long story short, you'll be paying an Ivy League tuition for an education lower than community college. Do yourself a favor and attend a real college, such as a state school. You'll pay a fraction of the cost and end up with better job prospects post graduation. No matter what you do...**DO NOT ATTEND ANY ART INSTITUTES!!!**
