USS Midway Museum in San Diego - EP9

I tour the USS Midway Museum in San Diego, California. This massive iconic ship is back open to the public after Covid restrictions have been somewhat loosened. The bridge tour was unfortunately closed and I'm sure that there were parts that I missed.
The information that I quote in the video either came from the museum's own website or from Wikipedia.
There were many veterans on board explaining all facets of the ship and I regret not getting some of those on video. They really made the displays that much more real when it was explained with first hand experience.
In the beginning I mention that I might go to the maritime museum as well, but there just wasn't enough time left. I was pretty beat and still had a long walk and dinghy ride home.
