On January 3, 2022, in Florida, a sheriff's deputy observed a Toyota Camry bearing a Wisconsin license plate traveling 55 MPH in a posted 35-MPH zone. The deputy conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and upon approaching the driver, immediately noticed the odor of alcoholic beverage emitting from the man's breath. The man said he had had 6 drinks that night. This is police footage of the events that followed.

Ok, love your laugh LOL, and at least the kiddo is being polite, he's saying yes sir all the time. I mean you can't blame them, AFTER getting drunk for being that way, it's when they're sober that it matters. He should have a limit and a back-up plan for when he gets that toasted. He looks all of 25. It's a shame, these new gens, I tell ya.
Actually, the room or world spins being that plastered, forget about doubles. NOW that was a smooth transition, "we have 1 more test, put your hands behind your back......", This cop should get a raise for thinking outside the box, love it!! To his credit, he's pretty friggin drunk and since his motor skills are dumbed down, it takes a minute to realize what position you're in.....I mean that intoxicated you can't reason with them.

I think what I enjoyed the most about this video. Put aside, the DUI, the police and all. This young man, yes did something extremely irresponsible as we all can tell. I’ve been guilty for making many foolish mistakes in my youth. Hell, I still do.

Why don't they just breathalyze upon suspicion instead of the ridiculous other 'tests'.
I’m not 100% sure. Laws and procedures may have a lot to do with it. For both, the police officers and the citizens. Of course, each state has different laws.
I’m just thankful, I don’t personally know, if you know what I mean. Haha
Breathalyzers only test for alcohol. The other tests can help determine any other possible influences the driver may be under

They have to prove impairment through the tests and a hand held breathalyzer cannot be used in court as evidence
