I found the 1000 yen bus between Tokyo Station and Narita Airport pretty fast and convenient (Both JR and Keisei bus) and has free Wifi on the bus. They both take about an hour which is the same as Narita Express which costs more than 3 times as much and forces you to go deep into the basement of Narita Airport and you have to climb back out when you arrive at Tokyo Station. The buses are all at surface level so it can work out to be faster. The buses run more frequently than Narita Express. Keisei bus doesn't have a restroom on the bus but JR does have a restroom on its bus. There's also a bus to Ginza on Keisei for 1000 yen. These discount bus limits check luggage to one per passenger plus you can carry a backpack as a carry on. You can use Suica or Pasmo card to pay as you board or buy a ticket before you board.
Over the last 2 years I've noticed that Narita is getting insanely busy. The huge influx of tourists and the new LCC terminal there has made a real difference in terms of passenger numbers there. The biggest strain I think though is on the train schedules in and out of there. The NEX only leaves every 30 or so minutes and it can get really full because of this. I try to use Haneda whenever I can because it's only a 1 hour trip door to door for me, but like you said, you've got to plan your bookings for Haneda a little better.
No Skyline is not Shinkansen. It’s kind of a shuttle from Narita airport to Ueno station in Tokyo. It’s a quite fast train actually. It rides at about 160km/h
Great video! Coming to Japan with my favorite airline, EMIRATES, I would choose NRT because of the transit time at DXB and because of the plane, an A380..... To leave Japan I would choose once more NRT because there is an Emirates lounge there - the food of the partner lounges is usually almost gone because Emirates leaves late (Even if it is a JAL Sakura lounge)... I am looking forward to your next video!

When you said skyline you meant the Shinkansen line ?

As much as I don't like stairs on the back of a truck, I really don't like Scissor tables, I used to build them and I just don't like them.
