  • The PH Cell 800 expands the family of modular pallet handling in our industrial automation systems. Like the smaller PH Cell 300 as well as the large PH Cell 2000, the medium variant of this pallet system is based on rack modules that users can configure individually. Thus, the highly flexible PH Cell 800 offers space for up to 30 pallets. The modular design of the PH Cell 800 offers maximum flexibility in the autonomous handling of up to 800 kg transfer weight. The PH Cell family impresses with very high reliability and ergonomic operation. Advantages of the PH Cell 800 are its stable construction and the handling of steel machine pallets. These are equipped with a clamping cone technology that has been tried and tested over many years, loaded directly onto the machine table. The focus of the automation system is particularly on durability and process reliability.

Have you explored modular pallet handling systems for your production processes? What has been your experience with them?

Sadly no. It looks nice if it's not dirty but what about chips and coolant on the finished part ?

      Hello @tunerhun,
the chips and the cooling lubricant should ideally remain in the machine by swiveling the table, spraying the component and possibly blowing it off with the help of a propeller.
Smaller amounts of chips and cooling lubricant are no problem for the PH Cell. In the long term, however, these have to be removed manually from the PH Cell.
