Blow into it like a balloon before next use. If your out of breath it will pressurize the water and it will flow for ya.

I'm the same way with the bite valve. just keep in mind i have bumped that on/off valve before and leaked out water so I do keep it on now. But honestly if its secured and the tension on it is not easily manipulated on and off then great.

I always use the beer can grip on belt mags... not because I thought it was superior, but because my rotator cuff is fucked and I'm no longer flexible enough to get my hand high enough for solid purchase the other way. I also run 2-3 pistol mags on my belt, mainly because of the line theory. I keep 70-80% of my primary load on my PC, 70-80% of secondary load on my belt, split the difference f both across all 3 lines. So it ends up being 3 or 4 primaries and 1-2 secondary on the PC, 2-3 secondary and 1 primary on the belt, 2-4 (or more if needed) primary and secondary in my 3rd line. Main fighting knife on belt, along with multitool and bleeder kit (plus a small boo boo pouch with some bandaids and a credit card wrapped in duct tape... it's more useful than you'd think, and weighs next to nothing). Also carry a 1 qt canteen on the belt, because water is life and a camelback can rupture. I still carry the camelback, but it's a standalone I can pull off like a backpack (which it also doubles as when I need to go lighter, since there is enough room in there for a 3lt bladder and about 2 broken down MREs, a few energy bars, 3 pairs of socks, and the various mags for my weapons). Mission critical gear goes on the PC, along with the main IFAK and an admin pouch for random shit. I have a red/white headlamp mounted to the front of the PC on the chest area, while still having enough room for a phone pouch front and center. Everything else is staged in the 3rd line pack.
It sounds like a lot, but without the 3rd line I've got the first and second line down to about 18-25 lbs fully loaded. Materials matter, and hypalon is a fucking godsend. Using gear that incorporates that material (as well as the codura laminates) drops weight by 5-10 lbs altogether. My 3rd line pack weighs between 50 and 70 lbs, depending on what needs to be done.
Oh, and there are about 10 tourniquets (7 CATs, 3 SWAT-Ts) staged throughout my kit, 1 CAT for each limb, plus 3 extra of the CATS and SWAT-Ts for the IFAKs just in case someone else needs them. The SWAT-Ts double as effective pressure bandages if you run out... they don't necessarily need to be used as tourniquets. Plus they're very compact compared to the CATs, even though the CATs work better (which is why there are more of them).
Oh, and booze and dip, because fuck you LOL

    Short and simple. 👍
Would like to see some comms integration, nav equipmentt, and a fixed blade. Some smoke, frag and bangers would be helpful.
And only 4 mags? Even with one in the gun you are 2 short. Carry 420rds min. 210 is a single combat load as you know. I prefer to keep at least another in a day pack. 2 420rd cans on strippers and 3 pelicans loaded with 10 mags each of specialty (900rds) ready.
2160 rds is what I believe is needed just for the rifle.
Triple that amount is my 6 month training amount.
    4000rds pistol (45 and 9) per year
    1000rds long range (308 and 300WM)
    1000rds 12ga slug and buck.
