Great video. I live in North Bethesda and absolutely love it here. I have to factually correct that, 15-20 mins to DC is a very-highly highly optimistic estimate. Unless you mean reaching the MD-DC state line in Silver Spring. You’ll get to downtown DC within 20 mins only if no one else is driving and all lights are green. Same with 5 mins to Bethesda: On a good day keep 40 mins for DC proper and 15 mins to downtown Bethesda.
