His focus on answering questions. When we talk on the phone eveything has an answer and I appreciate him, he always treated me as an equal in a group of riders where I didn’t fit in. Love him
Mornings with Bruce at Burnside are a blast. He is a truly good person on a human level. About the nicest person you will ever have the pleasure to spend time with.
I cut a ride box photo of Bruce and put it on my wall in Texas after he won the x games. I showed up at my local and he was there , I told him about the poster and we talked for an hour. He even gave me his email address lol great dude
Always seemed like a nice guy. Shout out from Myrtle Beach ⛱️ and I met, miss and love Dave Mirra,Colin Winkleman Ride On In BMX Heaven! And now being trained by Jedi Masters
Surprised he didn’t talk about his Salvation part. That one kinda slipped into obscurity but it was dope. Also surprised he didn’t talk about Blueprint more-that was an iconic mid-school video and his section was nuts. Also surprised he didn’t talk more about the Portland scene. Great interview overall though.
I'm pretty sure his video parts went Blueprint, Dig 25, Salvation, Livin in exile, Hoffman bikes bonus part, then Facad and so forth. Also he had a good amount of clips in the Infection video series from the NW.
I can't belive you didn't talk about the only fakie hop that won an xgames Gold! Colin's fakie rail hop at Rinkon. In the final part you go like "who's known for big fake hops?..." and i'm like ":O... :O... Come on! :O... please talk about Colin!"
@@BobbyKanode i can imagine the stress/scare, i was watching the live at bed (i'm from Italy and the show was at like 10 pm) and had my feet sweating for all the time
Bruce was my first counselor at Woodward... we weren't allowed to curse haha. But I was not stoked on Salvation or trying to bring Jesus into BMX. NAH. Also I think he sold FACAD to a rollerblade company.. I know the video was awesome but people HATED the way it was filmed/edited. That Hoder part is unreal, but Davy Watson's part I just wish was filmed normally.
Raddest dude, had such a good time with Bruce on the Haro team. Great to hear his story. Great job Bobby 🤘🤘🤘 - Effraim

I would like to buy one of those facad dvd copy.
15:40 ish, isn't breakfast the most important meal of the day? 🤔
(The rest of his lifestyle choices are dope tho)
I think breakfast being the most important meal of the day is just marketing for cereal companies
@@BobbyKanode can't believe you responded to me, thanx. I'll look into that.

I went back and watched this, I just don’t get it.. seemed fine to me! What was the issue you had with filming?
Wat…?
Bro I think I found the root of all your issues, god is good bro and the devil is a liar… hope u get better g
We need more Jesus in BMX, and in general, this world is going to hell in a hand basket
