Updated information from the Elder God Wars storyline:
During the Battle of the Monolith, the TokHaar joined in containment of the shadow creatures from Erebus. After the portal was closed, the TokHaar turned on the forces of Seren, Saradomin, Crux Eqal, and the Zarosian Temple Knights, but were ultimately defeated in battle.
Following the failure of the TokHaar at the Monolith, and the Battle of Senntisten raging as Jas, Wen, and Bik had launched attacks against the Gielinorian Alliance to recover the surviving Elder God Eggs, Ful called upon the TokHaar one last time, reforging them into creatures of war: the TzekHaar, under the command of the Fight Kiln's first champion, TzKal-Zuk.
But, after Seren stole the Eggs and hid them away, Saradomin and Armadyl -- now juiced on divine power beyond belief -- made short work of the Elder God armies and their generals. Zuk retreated to the Kiln and it's likely the TzekHaar were completely annihilated.
So, to recap: the TokHaar split into the TzHaar and TokHaar. The TokHaar became the TzekHaar and the TzekHaar were destroyed in battle. The TzHaar are the only ones left.
