Ratio I use is 33% hay, 33% silage, 4% mineral feed and last you just dump in straw until full (around 29%). So for smallest mixer it's 4000L of hay/silage, 450L mineral feed and 3450L straw.
I have a question, do you also just have pellets with a completely mixed randsoen because I did not have to make it with fs 19 I went to the store and got pallites with completely mixed randsoen is also the case here if that is not the case what are those yellow suits you put in the mixer?
@@jordyvdvecht7566 that yellow stuff is mineral additiv and momenteraly there are no cmr pallets but there is a mod voor a cmr factory then you put the stuff in it and it produces the cmr
Don't forget on FS22, bale sizes matter. I have the same forage mixer as he does and I got TMR from 2 6500L grass bales and 1 6000L silage bale and made 19000L of TMR. So do becarefull and watch what bales you use.
From what I've seen (watching a lot of videos, cows always seemed way too daunting to me) you can use all of them ass feed independently of each other, it seems like TMR increases milk production and manure/slurry production and the cows go through it slower, hay is second best and grass is worst of them all
FC, today when playing I had to feed my cows and I was wondering if you would be interested in possibly doing a test video on what crop gives the highest yield of straw. if there is any difference between them that is.
@@Robert.Manole Sorghum doesn't produce straw at all, otherwise you are right about the other 3. I had posted this before any videos were uploaded by anyone showing straw yields.
I purchased the smallest mixer. I did not view this video before trying to do it myself. What happens when you get the mixture wrong, and the mixer is full? You cannot add an ingredient to correct the ratios. Do you dump somewhere, frontloader some back, and try to dilute to the correct ratios? I know this video is old. Hoping you still monitor. Thanks.
I made a tiny error in fs19 (there was already straw in the mixer) and had to dump the contents out to start over. It separated the forage into its individual components and I was able to scoop up the correct stuff and add it back in. This is glitched out now. It worked fine for me at first and now matter what I put in first, I have something useless that is the same colour as the first bale..
Hello Farmer Cop. Thanks for this vid. I think I remember seeing a silo that has everything in it, even TMR. I don't remember where I saw it. Can you direct me to it? Thx.
How do people have the time to farm and keep animals I tried having all the animals and I could spend 24 hours just maintaining them you have no time to farm and it’s a huge waist of time you can make hundreds of thousands of farming a feild in a day but with animals you’re lucky to get anything for the time it takes
Is your guy Shaq? You just dead lifted a bale of hay! 🤣 He got "country stremph"... oh cheat mods. So you're saying the oat shaft is filler like the sand in a Taco Bell Taco? I use grass and put just enough silage and vitamins to get just past the arrows. This is about making money and whatever small amount of both vitamins and silage suffices the ratio and use the rest . Not only that silage takes forever to either bale or make so you treat it like gold. Anyone have a good silage process ? I want to know your setup.

I just wanted to say thank you, because the "help" in-game is practically useless. LOL! This was very straightforward and clearly explained.
Happy to help and I agree with you haha :)
So easy TLDR start
25% hay 25% straw 50 % silage. That will work for sure.
Just adjust from there.( adjusting will be needed for perfect)

Almost 1500 hours of gameplay on farmsim19 and I just realized that straw is just a filler 😂😂😂
Um yeah I New that in farmers sim 2017 there is no energy in it I help people on farms
I agree
Hahah I just needed 1000 for that hahaha

thanks you are the only good fs22 tutorial youtuber very clear and straight forward and helped me start my farm
This is why I love the barn with a robot 😂
This is by far my favourite video now!
Thank you, just started a cow farm and screwed my tmr up into forage
Özürlüye anlatır gibi anlattığın için teşekkürler kral
Your videos are so helpful thank you for taking the time to make them!
cows are the only thing in the game that I'm slightly intimidated in trying so thank you for this
The powered mixers will chop bales into the mixer no extra loader needed.
Thank you, Farmer Cop, I need a guide on this!
Ok so now how fo I use what's in side or dump it can I just use that wagon go inside my cow barn and feed them or is it stuck Inside the wagon?
FC i used the Faresin mixer, and I can drive right to a bale and put just the right amount. Makes it easier to get the right ratio.
That is true forgot to mention that
What are the sizes of those bales compared to rectangular bales?
If i use tmr do i need to add hay and grass as well? Under my food it says tmr is full but hay and grass are empty?

did you use 150cm round bales?

All 4 crops (wheat, barley, oat and sorghum) give the same amount of straw

That is an option to dump some and try that, you also can just feed the bad mix to the cows they will still eat it it just wont be as productive

Do you have to use sillage bales or can you just put plane sillage in there
Either will work fine :)

Where can we locate the super strength mod? And any word on a GPS mod yet?
On modhub and no ides on GPS

Just wait for the cows to eat the hay
What size bales and what baler did you use
I bought the bales from the store
Thanks alot man youre the first guy that i go to for tutorials great vid thanks🤘🏻🤘🏻keep it up🔥
Thanks for the vidio
If u put hay in the silage pit and cover it, does it become haylage to feed the cows or just turn into silage
The base game will not allow you to place hay into a bunker silo

You can with mods, in base game you cannot buy TMR and have to make it yourself
What can you do with forage?
You can still feed it to cows, its just only 80% effective (equivalent to hay)
Thanks for your help now my cows are healthier
Hi Farmer Cop, where did you get super strength mod, I am really missing easy development tools mod atm, cheers buddy, take care
Download the power tools mod from the modhub, its like a watered down version of easy dev tools :)
@@FarmerCop Thanks for your reply
So glad someone asked this well before I saw this vid cause until now I've been frantically trying to find it.
You can get it through the lumberjack mod on mod hub.
Hold alt to temporarily enable
Double press alt to enable.
Whete do you get super strenght?
Part of the easy dev tools mod
Do u NEED the mineral feed?
No
I’ve been watching this video on repeat to make sure I got the right amount of ingredients and there’s a TMR Big Bag…
where do you buy the bales from??
Go into the store menu and they are in there under the third or fourth tab down on the left side
Thanks for the video
Why is your silage bale pink? You buy it's white in the store but it's pink in your video. Why?
When you wrap the bales using the bale wrapper, you can chose the color of the wrap that covers the bales
how do you take a bale and make it loose?
Place it into a feed mixer them dump it onto the ground
Where did you get super strength mod?
Modhub
how do i just throw them like this?
What size were the round bales?
125cm

That is likely either the mixer you are using or a map you are on

I believe there are several multifruit silos out on the modhub now :)
I had everything in the green but it still only gave forage. And then when I get my cows it just says I gave them hay
Forage will go in as hay, without seeing your specific setup im not sure exactly what went wrong

is there a way to store silage?
In a multifruit silo mod or on the ground

Super strength mod helps lol
Marshmallow mixer!
Best volume for minneral feed is 4.7%
Can someone just make a mod we’re I can buy tmr when I play farmsim i just wanna chill and not have to do all this work in order to enjoy animals
There are several mods on the modhub that allow you to do that
How is the game allowing him to pick up that bale 😂

This mechanic is very strange and unintuitive. I have no idea what the developers were smoking when they come up with this.
This is how a lot of farms in the real world feed their cows, that is probably why it is part of the game
