it's finally time for our Genshin Impact journey!!! I'm soooo excited to share this with you all and I already recorded more because this game is insanely good hope you guys you love this series as much as I'm loving the game 💛
just a few tipps from a long time player 1) keep the default keymapping first its unusally but it comes second nature after a short time 2) fast action like jumping in wallclimbes, fast swimming depletes your starmina bar faster as if u would do it slow. so u can swim longer if u swim slowly fastest way to move around is to tap sprint 3) use xp books/weapon xp stones always you can farm them anytime 4) if you not plan to whale, spend your resin daily, open map top right u see ur resin, per day it recover 180 (1 resin every 8 minutes) but u can only hold 160 whales convert primos/genesis crystals (real money) to resin to get more stuff resin you can spend on bosses, domains for artifacts/talentbooks or mora/xp books 5) u will get fragil resin (gives 60 resin) collect them and save them till adventure rank 45-50 because u unlock there the domains that gives u the most. 6) on 12:50 u saw celestia a place that is unreachble atm, in lore its a place where ppl ascend to godship. every1 guessing it will be playable after all 7 nation been out (ca 3 years from now) 7) dont skip to the story if u want to learn the lore. you CANT repeat the story quest if u dont make a second accout. if you dont skip it will be a long way. i guess 200-300h story so far if u got any question just ask i can help out if you need the help

I've been playing for two years and I'm late on the quests and the lore and events because I don't care about rushing it. I play at my own pace, definitely, because there's SO MUCH lore it can be a little overwhelming.
Welcome to the Genshin family. My advice is that In this game "Anything that glitters" should be collected. You will definitely need them later on. Even meat and resources from any animals that crawl or fly. Most of the resources you can store as many as 9999 each so no need to shy away from collecting everything. Also when climbing or swimming, your stamina might just be enough if you just patiently swim and not hit the sprint, it's a bit slow but eventually youll make it. Like that first chest across the water when you first started. You can get it. Once again welcome to Genshin :)
definitely one of the most useful beginner tips! not everything will end up useful (like those damn mondstadt pinecones that i still collect regardless) but you wouldn't run out of the useful portion
@@adniaquila1093 actually, you can make Mondstadt Hash Brown with pinecones. they are very useful. i learned that when i was out of fowl to make sweet madams and i had oh so many pinecones, and this was in the early game as well.
@@AryanSinghanimator thats true. but i really only ever make sweet madames for healing, thats why pinecones arent of any use to me. but i still pick them up every now and then so they're still loved :)
Paimon's old voice is still so pleasing to listen to, lol. The moments where she raises her voice feels more impactful than being high-pitched all the time.

And it's strange that people only say this about the English VA because the voice was changed when the localization team were made to bring her more in line with how she sounds in the other 3 languages. In fact, she's still loudest and highest pitch in the Japanese version. I personally think her Korean and Mandarin variants are the nicest sounding but the English VA did a good job of being similar.
OMG YES, NANA CHOSE "EMERGENCY FOOD". ONE OF US, ONE OF US, ONE OF US! Seriously though, it's basically one of the game's many running gags at this point lol.

Glad to see you finally join the game! Starting off is always a bit tough in any game, I'm sure you'll master the interface and become a bow character expert in no time! There is a swimming technique that saves stamina. Fast swimming consumes it faster, but after you press and release a dash button, the character accelerates for a while and swims fast without increased stamina consumption. So you shall repeatedly press dash button to maintain the fast (breaststroke) swimming, but at a normal (low-cost) stamina consumption rate. It might sound complicated, but once getting used to it it’s simple. Also of course one doesn’t have to do that, just a quality-of-life trick.
watching new players make me remember the moment i clicked on that door on the loading screen. I was so excited and passionate, this game inspires me so much but I haven't played in so long, but I still cry everytime I watch reactions to it because it really is beautiful

yeah about the 9:34 "wow this world is so big" that part is only 1/5 of the first area of the game get ready for this journey because I think that by the time you advance a little further in the story, there will already be a new area being released
i love how interactive and enthusiastic you are while playing this game! one tip i can give you is to COLLECT everything you see cause you might need them in the future xD
omg when you said the login screen music was making you tear up it reminded me of when i first opened the game and the music making me emotional 🥺 it was the night time login music for me though (it was 4am and i was delirious from 3hrs of sleep i couldn't wait LOL), it sounded so peaceful and magical, not what i was expecting it to be like and it felt like i was transported somewhere else~ happy to be here to watch your genshin journey! btw, i got interested in the game because i kept seeing xiao's face everywhere and i wanted to know his name and where he was from lol literally the whole reason why i love the game now

@@ThatgirlNana youre gonna need to grind out daily quests then, most of the events these days need you to do the story quests that you unlock with keys.
One important thing about Genshin is take your time. There is so much to do at the beginning of the game that it can become overwhelming, just go at your own pace. Rushing through things will give you “genshin burn-out” and it really takes away from the overall experience of the game. Besides that, I hope you have fun!

just play at your own pace no need to worry about gacha characters just pull any characters you want but you should know your character is support dps, dps or healer. end game content of this game should be easy you will get what you want eventualy just be mindful when spending your resources like lvl up characters item thingy

LETS GO so excited to see you make connections with characters and explore the world(s) weruhbwkjnlsa By the way; here's some tips! - try to collect as many resources as you can when walking around; they'll come in handy later! (e.g, mushrooms, flowers, butterflies, lizards, fish, berries, anything) - you can jump while climbing to go faster, but jumping does take more stamina. - to collect dandelions, you can use your Anemo powers on it. - talking to NPC's and choosing certain dialogue options can reward you with things from the character! - talking to Marjorie (across from Katheryne) will allow you to purchase materials like gems (for leveling up characters later on), Mora (currency), weapon level-up materials, and "Traveler Constellations" which will be useful later on. - It'll be fun to experiment with elemental reactions- they also do more DMG (damage).
Stop it before is to late for you. This is a seriously addictive game. Is it the story? The landscape? The waifus? Doesn't matter. It will trap u and make u its slave.
Unsolicited tip by an ar58 dude who haven't seen the vid yet... Don't be pressured by what other people say. Play at your own pace. The game is long and rushing it won't do you any good. Also don't be dissuaded on pulling characters just because people tell you there are others that are better. Until you get to mid-late game it doesn't matter anyway. Play who you are interested in. Gonna kick back and watch this a bit later
"City of Freedom" Eren from AOT/SNK: Did someone say... FREEDOM? Pro tip: Take everything that sparkles, enemy drops, chest drops, and any animal because they are definitely important for the characters and other things in-game.

I've been playing GI since day one. I remember when the game was first announced (E3 or TGA) people were making fun of it. There were dozens of videos on YT titled "Chinese Zelda: BotW rip-off", full of comparisons. But very quickly it changed to "this amazing game is FREE?". Well... It's amazing and it's 100% F2P :) Oh, once you get to Sumeru, make sure you have tissues with you because it's very emotional. I've seen the ending dozens of times and it's still makes me sad.

I will never understand why anyone would watch all the trailers and character demos before playing a game. Thats like working late, missing the hockey game, come home to watch the re-broadcast but starting with watching the high light reel from the same game. Its still an absolute masterpiece of a game and its still worth plaing ofc... Behind every hill there is something new and its gorgeous or fun or exciting or curious. But you have no idea how absolutely sensational it is to go into this game blind, and you never will. You already know what Liyue and Inazuma looks like, you know the people who live there and if you were sharp enough to pickup on it, youve also spoiled several plot elements of the story. Ive played almost every game under the sun since 1985 and Ive never played ANYTHING coming close to the sense of wonder exploring Genshin knowing absolutely nothing about it. Ghost of Tsushima is supposedly a similar experiece, but as it happens thats one of the very few games I havnt played. My PS broke and shortly after that I move over seas and when my economy was stable again I had kinda forgot about it. But I digress. Obviously, you do you... I just think its so very sad how many people go watch every trailer and cutscene in the entire game before playing it. You only get one chance at a first impresson and theyre literally throwing it away. Its a shame as its one of the best experiences Ive ever had in gaming. You have no idea what you gave up.

Some people don't mind spoilers too much and watch the trailers to get themselves more excited to play. I watched a lot of content before I played because I didnt think I was going to play it, but I know a lot of the map was still breathtaking to me when I began Probably does take something away to watch the trailers first but they also dont show everything. But they did want me make to play more (I started just in time for 3.4 Lantern Rite because of the trailer for it)

to bad the story gets super boring after liyue, dialouge skipping is the only way to get through it

As a genshin player who has been playing it since a week and a half after the game release, this is quite nice seeing new people playing genshin.

Just a tip, avoid auto-play dialogue in the early content, there's a lot of jank timing and too often the dialogue just cuts out early.
The music on this game is INCREDIBLE.... some of them are stellar!

One important thing about Genshin is take your time. There is so much to do at the beginning of the game that it can become overwhelming, just go at your own pace. Rushing through things will give you “genshin burn-out” and it really takes away from the overall experience of the game. Besides that, I hope you have fun!

just play at your own pace no need to worry about gacha characters just pull any characters you want but you should know your character is support dps, dps or healer. end game content of this game should be easy you will get what you want eventualy just be mindful when spending your resources like lvl up characters item thingy

By the way; here's some tips!
- try to collect as many resources as you can when walking around; they'll come in handy later! (e.g, mushrooms, flowers, butterflies, lizards, fish, berries, anything)
- you can jump while climbing to go faster, but jumping does take more stamina.
- to collect dandelions, you can use your Anemo powers on it.
- talking to NPC's and choosing certain dialogue options can reward you with things from the character!
- talking to Marjorie (across from Katheryne) will allow you to purchase materials like gems (for leveling up characters later on), Mora (currency), weapon level-up materials, and "Traveler Constellations" which will be useful later on.
- It'll be fun to experiment with elemental reactions- they also do more DMG (damage).

Unsolicited tip by an ar58 dude who haven't seen the vid yet... Don't be pressured by what other people say. Play at your own pace. The game is long and rushing it won't do you any good. Also don't be dissuaded on pulling characters just because people tell you there are others that are better. Until you get to mid-late game it doesn't matter anyway. Play who you are interested in. Gonna kick back and watch this a bit later

anyway I'm glad you can enjoy the game, at the tutorial I also wander arround the area completely forgot the main story, just enjoy the game at your own pace, cause it can easily burn you out as there are tons of things that you have to do in this game.. just take it easy, have fun!

I've been playing GI since day one. I remember when the game was first announced (E3 or TGA) people were making fun of it. There were dozens of videos on YT titled "Chinese Zelda: BotW rip-off", full of comparisons. But very quickly it changed to "this amazing game is FREE?". Well... It's amazing and it's 100% F2P :) Oh, once you get to Sumeru, make sure you have tissues with you because it's very emotional. I've seen the ending dozens of times and it's still makes me sad.

The story of teyvat is mentioned of one of the books im gonna write it in this comment it’s important to know the environment of this world but if you want discover that yourself in one of the islands when you reach inazuma there’s a book that tells you the history of teyvat and celstia but if you want know it from me im gonna tell you:
Teyvat was the land of vishaps, Vishaps are a species of dragon-like creatures that once followed each of the Seven Sovereigns with their corresponding elements and were formerly the dominant race of the world. Over time, they will evolve into true Dragons, the first descender of teyvat was the primordial one,
When the eternal throne of the heavens came, the world was made anew. Then the true lord, the Primordial One, came forth and did battle against the seven terrifying sovereigns, dragon-lords of the old world. The Primordial One created shining shades of itself, and the number of these shades was four.
"On Phanes, or The Primordial One"
The Primordial One may have been Phanes. It had wings and a crown, and was birthed from an egg, androgynous in nature. But for the world to be created, the egg's shell had to be broken. However, Phanes, the Primordial One, used the eggshell to separate the "universe" and the "microcosm of the world."
He created the human and vanquished the vishaps for 40 years with his four shades
Then a while the second descender of teyvat are known as “the second who came” fought the primordial one with big war but he defeated them
And peace was restored again

And created the 7 archons as they’re the watchers of the human realms
Our travel is the fourth descender and thus making the third and second identity unknown .
As you can see primordial one is inspired by demiurge and its god that mentioned in couples of real ideology and religions like platonism and gnosticim but genshin heavily inspired by gnosticim so the description of this god suit in gnosticim suit genshin description almost and it goes like this:

I will never understand why anyone would watch all the trailers and character demos before playing a game.
Thats like working late, missing the hockey game, come home to watch the re-broadcast but starting with watching the high light reel from the same game.
Its still an absolute masterpiece of a game and its still worth plaing ofc...
Behind every hill there is something new and its gorgeous or fun or exciting or curious.
But you have no idea how absolutely sensational it is to go into this game blind, and you never will.
You already know what Liyue and Inazuma looks like, you know the people who live there and if you were sharp enough to pickup on it, youve also spoiled several plot elements of the story.
Ive played almost every game under the sun since 1985 and Ive never played ANYTHING coming close to the sense of wonder exploring Genshin knowing absolutely nothing about it.
Ghost of Tsushima is supposedly a similar experiece, but as it happens thats one of the very few games I havnt played.
My PS broke and shortly after that I move over seas and when my economy was stable again I had kinda forgot about it.
But I digress.

I just think its so very sad how many people go watch every trailer and cutscene in the entire game before playing it.
You only get one chance at a first impresson and theyre literally throwing it away.

I won't understand either, I never watch trailers unless I want to or they have no spoilers and as for every game I've never played, I'm always going into the game blind as it is just fun to me
Some people don't mind spoilers too much and watch the trailers to get themselves more excited to play. I watched a lot of content before I played because I didnt think I was going to play it, but I know a lot of the map was still breathtaking to me when I began
Probably does take something away to watch the trailers first but they also dont show everything. But they did want me make to play more (I started just in time for 3.4 Lantern Rite because of the trailer for it)

The English dubbing is terrible. Try playing it with the original Japanese dubbing. It's much better
