@@hungtheheroluu That has nothing to do with it... It's about the time lost getting information from one player to the other. It's related to the internet bandwidth (speed) and physical distance betwee computers, as well as the time required to process the information that was received. It doesn't really have anything to do with age. Same issues can be found in other games, even brand new ones. It doesn't help that I was a stupid cunt 5 years ago.

Does anyone one miss this sought of racer where we can free roam and customise our cars extensively? I know I do. I just find more recent games like Need for Speed Most Wanted 2012 isn't as good as the original by any stretch of imagination. I loved how it also linked with Need for Speed Carbon!
Billy Ashworth well there is forza horizon, but there is no police or a story mode really.
I'm a little late, but if you still use this account by any chance, you should hear about Soapbox Race World. Its a reboot of NFS World with new modifications such as cars and graphics.
And just like you mentioned, you get free roam and customization.
No Crosses have been harmed during the making of this video.

they gave cross his own corvette with the vinyls that we know,yet in a actual police chase they brought the most wanted model,the one with a X on the back basically,like wtf

How can i swap default Z06 police to Cross C6R?

It is basically the same thing, but instead you will swap the Cop Corvette with Cross' one
Tried that, doesn't work even on ArtMoneyPro 7.45! I only get 3 values for COPSPORTTHENCH, and I can get the model to glitch out in the menus and in free roam. But I can't get COPSPORTGHOST or COPSPORT to appear in place of the original heat 5 Corvette. Same thing happens when I try to swap the COPMIDSIZE model for COPGHOST model. all I get is a glitched Heat 1 cop car model.
What am I doing wrong? I can post a video showing my methods if you think it will help.

Update, I got the CORVETTEZ06 model replaced with COPGTOGHOST model. Cop lights working and everything. But I can't keep upgraded versions of the Corvette's handling in the garage..... if I do the car goes blank and the COPGTO won't render in game. Is there any way around this? Otherwise I have to keep selling and then re-buying the car from the car lot and re-upgrading performance parts after the model swap!

I think the severs are pretty much dead. Everytime I get on Cabon on my 360 the game freezes instantly after Nikki's drive safely message and loading screen. So you have to play it without being conected to the internet/xbox live well at least for me anyway.. :p

It's using a custom save game. You can also use ExtraOptions and get the unique vinyls.

Cross's car in Carbon is ripped directly out of Most Wanted '05 with no changes. So it's just something the devs never really gave a shit about.

the license plate is a global texture used on all cars. change the texture and all the license plates on every car in the game change

+Eric Christy And i agree with Colin, nowadays its almost impossible to buy an original version of nfs carbon. but you can invite players to unranked lobbies who does not have the original version of the game.
NFSC korea version didn't have 1.4 how did we patching 1.4? We can't patched us version or en version...(becuz en patch and us patch is notworking in NFSC korea version)
Scud scamper i'd suggest you to get an ISO of the US/EU version and use your key if that works

yes - but if you download an american iso for instance, you could burn it to a dvd or mount it as a dvd drive with windows (in 8 or 10, otherwise you need another virtual dvd tool or something) and then you install/play the american version. if you can activate it with your korean everything should work and you can install the 1.4 patch

p.s im not use Illegal download. im use always Authentic.
for me it is legit as long as you own a legal version of the game. i think that it might actually work, the only way to find out is to try out
