I have learned more on this show than in school
Voted in Washington, DC yesterday and I stood in line for four hours. It was frustrating at times but I made friends with a few ladies in the line. My voice was heard though. ✊🏾

So now it's 2021 and we're in the midst of the global pandemic.
Is it still appropriate that Robin Thede makes fun of WHITE people? And although she cleverly threads this ridicule, name calling and "soft" hate of White counterparts under the guise of "comedy," does that legitimizes it? Does that make it okay?
As an island immigrant, moving to America during my pre-teen years and was ultimately raised here in the 80's in the middle of the projects in the infomous suburb of Compton, California.
I was taught early on that you treat others the way you want to be treated.
Having said that, I can't help but wonder how Robin feels about that golden rule in relation to her personal views of White people.
The way I see it, just as soft porn exists to down play the hardcore stuff that exists behind the scene. Soft hate exists to downplay the true hate that exists behind the scene. To me, it's easier to accept soft hate as just comedy or just for the fun of it and it's not only acceptable but okay to say those things, while all along, what's brewing behind the scene is not only dangerous but could easily set you back a 100 years.
Porn is porn whether it's soft or hardcore. Hate is hate whether it's soft or hardcore.
It's just my opinion, I know that. I'm neither white nor black. I'm in the middle therefore, my head is clear and I hold no biases one way or the other. It's just too, too bad! Because it seems to me that Robin spends quite of time, resources, and energy searching, researching and digging up the past to justify the "soft" hate she spews out in her every show. That type of energy is beyond me.
I do know one thing for sure, there is no way in heck that you would spend that much time talking, promoting and entertaining soft hate without it taking over your own persona, your own being, and your own psyche. In other words, it becomes you and you become it. It is no longer just comedy but becomes a way of life. It's what you eat, breathe, and dream. SOFT HATE IS YOU!
