Consistency is the key really. Put your head down day after day, meal after meal, rep after rep for a LONG ass time. You wake up a year later a different person physically
This is what I love about this channel. It's not just about styling outfits but also working on one's all-round development. Because that's how you truly look dapper.
Great video. I struggle with my weight for 2 years now and I really want to see a change. I have so many nice clothes and I can't wear them because they don't fit me anymore due to the weight gain. 😓
That injury thing is really real. I'm on like week six of a workout related injury and I'm pulling my hair out. It is insanely frustrating and all you're doing is destroying your progress. You really got to be careful about getting hurt
I love how you use the SMART theory to set the goals 😂😂😂. Well, you might not know what it is, but probably you know it because you do it very accurate
Some of the body shots over the last few months have looked to have fairly reliable telltale signs of steroid use. Obviously no influencer ever admits to it, I remember Michael P Jordan claiming that the trick to getting his body in Creed was "eating lots of cheeseburgers" (heh), but ask yourself if around 10% of regular gym going males in many developed countries use steroids, how likely is it that a given influencer who suddenly manages to maintain a muscle mass and body fat % that the vast majority of humans simply can't and who makes money out of videos suggesting how to look like him, might be one of those 10%? The point being that there is another step missing when they say "if you're not seeing results, go back to step 1", that is "if you're not seeing the same results as me, it's because you don't have 1000x the normal human concentration of testosterone being injected into your veins on a regular basis" - so don't beat yourself up and just focus on being healthy rather than trying to make your body look a certain way. This guys signs are more subtle than most of the clear habitual steroid abusers trying to pass themselves off as natural on RUclips, but the recent switch to videos focusing on fitness and the sudden decrease in bf% whilst *gaining* muscle mass and in classic areas of high testosterone receptor concentration should make you wonder, time for us men to stop being constantly duped into false expectations of what your body can/should look like naturally.
I understand where your frustration is coming from, but i would *never* use steroids. i'm also not pushing a certain body type, or promote "get huge" or "lose weight fast".. i don't believe in any of that. I believe in setting goals that make you feel great about yourself, mentally and physically. steroids def don't do that. I regularly emphasize the fact that every body is different, whether it's style, skincare, hair or fitness.
His body is mostly certainly achievable, especially as a young man. Don't fall for the myth that you have to bulk to gain muscle, you can do it whilst cutting so long as you are smart about your training AND (more importantly) your diet. But nah, its easier to scream "steroid abuse" to make yourself feel better about everyone who has a better physique than you
