Conducting a Binomial Test in SPSS

Hi, I have read of a binomial test performed with z test (Z test for proportion?) can it be carried out with SPSS? Any difference with Chi square?

Hi, I ran an binomial test in spss but it gave me an Exact Sig. (2-tailed) instead of a 1-tailed. Why is that?
