Very cool. My band used to print our own t-shirts with hand silk-screening and I always loved the process. Thanks for sharing!

Great work. I screen printed decades ago. No computers, so there was the added faff of exposings negatives and chemicals, lightrooms etc. This vid goes to show the amount of work that goes into a well designed and built pedal. Always enjoy the Holy Island content.

Still plenty of chemicals to huff just slightly less deadly 😂 Cheers Stuart 👍

This is so rad. I just got my stop! and had the zine thrown in and thought this part was fascinating, but it would be cool to have a video to kind of see it in action and voila here we are.

Love this! I used to do printing like this when I was at college about 13 years ago so it's cool to be reminded of the process. Would love to see a little tour of the new workshop / garage since you've moved.

It was my day job for a good few years! Think it will be a while before they’re in a decent enough shape to film, still stripping wallpaper and painting 😅

It's really kind of you to show all your graphics methods. With pedals the work concerning circuits and enclosures have a huge gap between them and both need to be pretty much entirely separately mastered. Vid's bound to be a frequently referenced one among builders, hobbyist or not. Thanks for the quick shout-out at 9:44.

I plan on going to screen printing soon for my electronic projects. This was very insightful.
I read in a previous comment that you print on pre powder coated enclosures. Have you ever experimented on bare aluminum? I am wondering what it would involve in terms of primer coating and/or type of paint to use.

Nice process! - Ive been etching and seems a lot more clunky, wish i had access to screen printing.

I’ve etched a case once and never bothered again! Too long of a process when you’re as impatient as I am 😂

Yeah I just love the etched look tho, kind of like a tattoo, takes time but its pretty permanent lol.@@HOLYISLANDAUDIO
