Great work. I screen printed decades ago. No computers, so there was the added faff of exposings negatives and chemicals, lightrooms etc. This vid goes to show the amount of work that goes into a well designed and built pedal. Always enjoy the Holy Island content.

With pedals the work concerning circuits and enclosures have a huge gap between them and both need to be pretty much entirely separately mastered. Vid's bound to be a frequently referenced one among builders, hobbyist or not. Thanks for the quick shout-out at 9:44.
I plan on going to screen printing soon for my electronic projects. This was very insightful. I read in a previous comment that you print on pre powder coated enclosures. Have you ever experimented on bare aluminum? I am wondering what it would involve in terms of primer coating and/or type of paint to use.

Nice process! - Ive been etching and seems a lot more clunky, wish i had access to screen printing.
I’ve etched a case once and never bothered again! Too long of a process when you’re as impatient as I am 😂
Yeah I just love the etched look tho, kind of like a tattoo, takes time but its pretty permanent lol.@@HOLYISLANDAUDIO
