The way I look at it, worst case scenario they get docked 4 points like Nottingham did for a single infraction. Keeping your best players is worth more than 4 points.
Ridiculous how clubs who below the so called top 6 get new owners who can easily keep their respective clubs more than sustainable can't spend freely to break the monopoly of the top 6, these rules need to change immediately and allow clubs to progress not regress

He reveals something that has been known for a very long time. Villa sold Grealish (remember him?) And did jusy fine and will be fine when Luiz leaves. It's frustrating but Emery and Monchi get paid to handle these situations and they've had long enough to put together a plan. If anyone is surprised by this, I don't know why if newcastle could not spend without selling players, then neither can Villa due to PSR rules. This was always going to be the case. Although i do hope they keep most of their best players' villa, have been great this season and deserve their shot in champions league
It's an absolute embarrassment to be honest as a villa fan..Bottom line having owners worth 10b aside is irrelevant..Our wage bill this season was the 6th highest in the prem just behind spurs and yet that lot turned over £600m more in revenue...we are miles off it in terms of revenue compared to the big 6 and doesn't need a genius to work out we are bang on the limit in terms of FFP...We will be an embarrassment in the champions league and playing on both fronts if we get top 8 next year i will be amazed

@jackg5966 I think PSR rules are changin the season after the new one. I have no idea what to though have to wait and see on that one. I think yourselves will have another solid season maybe not to the heights of this season but if you can find a way of keeping players fit, I think it will be another strong season for ya

It wasn't incredible at all that it didn't work out for Renato Sanches at Swansea. He was overweight, slow and immobile, the very reason why a lot of fans aren't playing professional football and are watching from the stands instead. These two still have Renato Sanches the media hype job indelibly inked into their mind which is far removed from the reality of the player.
