I’ll hold you to that! 🥺😂
I was born in England but mum and dad came to Australia when I was just about to turn 5. I love watching all these wonderful and old places you are showing us. Sooooo good. ❤❤❤
Just love those old buildings!
You always take care and think of your buddy, Bear. That is adorable. See you Sunday.
Thanks for sharing another lovely part of your trip. 🥰
Matt, I love the way you are doing the video. We are walking along with you and learning. As you are telling us about the town you are seeing, it's perfect😊
There was a cable car type thing in the Isle of man taking people up to the hotel like this. Why is it so uphill .Loving the history lesson as it's always appreciated. I do love Bears little tuft on the top of his head 😊 xx
Evening all. Matt that was lovely. The gorgeous old buildings full of history. Your enthusiastic speed walking in the parade. Thanks for all you do.❤
Anyone else wait and look to see if the car Matt let across the bridge said thank you? Sat here waiting to shout YOU’RE WELCOME 😂
I completely agree with you, Beepers. I've always felt the same way about travel. I'm from Plymouth, UK. It's a blessing to be able to see so many beautiful places in Cornwall just by taking a train journey. Most of the train journeys are incredibly scenic and affordable. A return trip to St Ives only costs 20 pounds, and it's just a two-hour journey to get there. I've also enjoyed visiting Newquay and Looe. While I'd love to be able to afford to travel abroad, I'm perfectly content with exploring local places. I don't understand why some don't take the time to enjoy places that are local other than long distance travel.
😯 wow! I love the “Cliff Railway” thank you for the ride ❤It’s so cool 😎
Lovely!
Brian was thrilled with the US Army vehicles! His dad and mine rode in those during wwll. My dad was a member of Patton’s third army. His dad did logistics for Patton. He was one of the creators of the Red Ball Express! Look him up some time. Colonel Lauren Ayers and the Red Ball Express WWll.
Brought back a lot of memories sitting listening to the stories of Europe, France, and Germany.
Thank you dear!
Just found this for you … the classic and American vehicles are near the end of this video ruclips.net/video/0v_K6_wOo0o/видео.htmlsi=siv6-hZmMGzqzZ23
I love you so very much Matt. Been watching you so long. Your hard work is so appreciated. I truly mean that. You bring me so much joy in my life. You are my so favorite. Do not ever stop. Love to you and Bear, and your DAD and MOM. Singapore was unbelievable . God bless your great uncle. War truly does suck. We all should be so much more caring about humanity. I love all peoples. All peoples!! Thanks for all your busy work. Bless you Matt. I truly appreciate you. From KC. Missouri USA
We all love listening to a bit of a quarrel. She was livid 😂 Loved this episode, Matt! Imagine doing a bit of mud larking near that river!!!
There is a place in Cornwall like there, to get goods up / down the steep hill, they use a plastic/ wooden cart on wood supports
Matt.
You found a little gem. What of you even with the clouds it's still stunning😊
It could be pouring rain, and that little town would still be awesome. I do wish we had towns like that here in Ontario Canada. We're just not old enough😢❤ Thanks Matt!
Hi mat we've got those lift things here in hastings in the old town really enjoy the behind the scenes where ever it is great work as always ♥️xx
I live near Bridgnorth! Above the market where the little door is there's a court house that you can sometimes go in.
I’m absolutely aching to visit the UK. I married a Scot and have so many family members to go and track down.
This little town is gorgeous but like you said, it’d definitely feel a bit creepy deep in the night.
That rabbit and ferret were sad.
I see a lot of kangaroos dead on the sides of the country roads, we’re told if you ever hit one; get out and check to see if there’s a baby in its pouch, if there is take it to the local wildlife rescue people.
I’m hanging to know which continent you’re headed to next Matt!
I really enjoyed that visit to bridge north brought back fond memories when me and my late mother went to Bridgnorth, we went from Kidderminster to Bridgnorth on the steam train and we went on that little train it takes you from Lowtown to High town 😊
Bridgnorth is lovely and the steam railway is just on the outskirts. Xx
Went to Bridgnorth for first time last autumn, the river was flooding the bottom town, the railway was closed when I was there, lovely upper town, and a fab antique store on the bottom by the river..
Aw, Matt, that was SUCH a CUTE place, I love that cliff tram, that was unique, never seen one...until now that is! I also love the narrow walkways and really old stone and Tudor style shops and buildings.I live in West Australia now so the only historic buildings we have are in the city of Fremantle! That's one thing I miss about the UK, including my relatives of course! Thanks, Matt LOVE it!
I really love those old old buildings and the narrow pathways that you see a lot in movies from the UK. It is a huge dreams of mine, and top of my bucket list, to come to the UK, see all the old towns/villages, castles, the beautiful coast and the rolling green hills❤ I love these UK vidoes you do. And you so good at telling about the history too which I love❤ Thank you so much for a great video yet again❤
The electricity follows you where you go. Cause you are so high-powered. With energy.😅
That was awesome! Great little town. You're a real travel guide Matt.
The carriages going up and down the cliff face are called Venicular and Veniculeigh, can`t remember which one is which. Still, we have a beautiful pair in Old Hastings East Sussex going up to the East Hill area, truly a wonderful sight.
Lived in Bridgnorth many years. Now live about 45 mins south .
So looking forward to seeing which of the many empty buildings you have been to ! So much history here in Shropshire.
This is just the behind-the-scenes video all the exploring videos come out on Sunday… but I loved the town
I wasborn in Bridgnorth, lovely to see it again .
My late father used to say to us x5 sisters and a brother " when in town keep your window down " meaning to look around all the time as you don't know what is under your feet
Berwick Northumberland is nice and the beaches are lovely
English breakfast is a strange thing. 😅 I am always like "whaaat the... So much meat for breakfast!? 😯" (Our typical breakfast are bread rolls in thousand different varieties, mostly with sliced cheese or marmalade, but no sausages or something like that. :)
So many wonderful old houses, so beautiful! Thanks for showing them to us. :)
Loved the look about the town. Thank you.🧡
The old buildings are lovely. Nothing like those in New Zealand! We have an army base in my town tho so a tank or two driving down the road is quite normal.
That was a beautiful place Matt thank you
If you would have had time to follow the tank you would have ended up at the park which has the castle ruins and overlooks the Severn Valley Steam railway
Yeah another beeper video made my Friday night after been stuck at hospital all day great stuff xxxxxx
I had a lovely day in Bridgenorth. And I love the sound of rolling thunder…as long as it’s not man made, 😝. 🙏🏼🌎💖🇺🇸. 😎🌞
We have a good carnival in Wem, Shropshire. 1st weekend in September ❤
Ahh my neck of the woods , beautiful place
Beautiful little town ❤
I wish I had a friend that be interested in this stuff!
Matt you crack me up, "I'm not paying £2.50 for a redbull"! "They're only £1.45 each back home 😅 but just underneath them it said 2 for £3 so you could of just grabbed two 😂 had an extra one and they would only been £1.50 each 😂😂😂😂😂
Woo hoo! Can’t wait 🎉🙌
To you, it may not look perfect, but it's really gorgeous. It's quite beautiful, nothing to worry about.😊
I've been here twice and used to deliver mats to a small bakery at 6am amazing place great video 🤗🤗💯❤️
That was awesome. what a quaint village lol
The windows was blocked up because of the window tax the more windows u had the more tax u paid. I'm not sure if that was the same there . Wow loved that old train . I'm going to add that to my visit list love old places looks beautiful 😍
Great video, loved it ❤
Bridgnorth is my neck of the woods I'm glad you liked it 😊 it is pronounced Bridge North btw
Another great video.
Thanks Matthew that' was super
Bournemouth has 2 cliff lifts

Too far away
@@FINDERSBEEPERS.....
Lol 😂 sometimes they are. 😊
Aah, poor rabbit, poor stoat. 😢😢 Last time we drove through Bridgnorth we saw a Civil War re-enactment going on. I've always wondered what the upper town looked like and thanks to you, Matt, I now know. A lovely little town with so much history on show. Thanks. PS pity you left the drone in the car because I love your drone footage. 👍🏼👍🏼❤❤
Damn. Weasel just wanted lunch and ended up paying the ultimate price
There used to be a window tax on buildings and you would be taxed on how many windows you have so people would brick them up 👍
When you crossed the bridge over to the town if you had not gone up to the alley and followed it round to the left you would of found the caves in the rock massive wall and a bit of grass area you would of enjoyed it that I no the area well been in the town many times
Love the little town with the candy shop. Was the alley Katz toy shop an actual little toy store or a pet toy shop??
Ahhh Matt, I sure would of liked to of seen those Grand old cars and military vehicles,,,,
Here you go
ruclips.net/video/0v_K6_wOo0o/видео.htmlsi=siv6-hZmMGzqzZ23
The windows bricked up as they would have to pay tax on how many window's in the house
Bricked up windows , people bricked them up because they got charged for having too much light coming in, that’s where the saying “Day light robbery “ comes from.
1690s
Er no it was away to avoid the window tax back in the day more windows more tax
Bridge North is a nice little town with a lot of history I been there many times I got a friend lives over that way the town is always bissy not like when you was there matt
, thanks, Matt. I have never heard of a Samosa. I looked it up on Google. Looks delicious. I got to try it. I wonder if they'd ship them to the Yes,😊
Matt if you have fallen out with your sister the Lord says love one another. Life is to short I lost a sister and I miss her a lot. I wasn't very nice to her when we were young and I said sorry to her for that and I'm glad I did.
Good news, Matt, on a keto diet you can have a guilt-free full breakfast, just lose the beans and hash browns! Always cook with olive oil and a dob of real butter, oh my it is SOOOO amazing!
Feck that 😂😂
Damn. I thought I was going to be the clever one by pointing out the reason people bricked up windows was because William III brought in a window tax. The more you had, the more you were taxed. But apparently every other viewer knew this too!
Literally talked about it in episode one… didn’t want to repeat myself
@@FINDERSBEEPERS Oh crap, did you? I knew I heard someone talk about it recently 😂
That's what is missing from too many places, Matt, Community Spirit. Maybe one day there will be enough people to make up groups to bring it all back. Or not.
It looks like a village for midsummer Murders.. I wonder if they ever used this village.😊
You do realise that the series Midsomer Murders wasn’t called… midsummer murders , it was in a village called Midsomer 😂😂😂
The windows was blocked because of the window tax
Lived in Florida, USA almost my entire life... what does the squiggly lines on road mean? Is it like our solid white line vs staggered lines, meaning you can pass slower cars?
You definitely never gonna see this in Brooklyn. New York They wouldhijacked the cars and Is mug the people😅
❤❤
Window tax
Them windows are bricked up because year's age yo were taxed on the amount of windows you have.
👍👍👍👍👍 lol
I so hate seeing dead animals in the road, especially baby ones. 😢. I do hope you are getting enough sleep/ rest; I don't want to see you turn into 🚔 + 👨🦯 = ☠
Are those canned pork and beans that you British people eat with every breakfast?
Canned pork?? Who eats canned pork 😂😂
