Mahal po tlga yan. Yung unang narinig ko yan sa middle east. Sabi nila most expensive daw. Sabi ko, nilulugaw lang namin yan tapos binibili sa palengke. Kaya mula noon, bumili ako ng marami kc masarap at mabango sa lugaw tlga. Kung baga sa matatamis, sya yung vanilla na nagpapabango at sarap.

Salamat po sa pag banggit niyo ng mga requirements and regulations to run a food truck. Then sa military base pa na dagdag stricto. So I would really really feel safe na kumain sa inyo. Kasi po pag sa mga family owned restaurants , skeptical ako sa freshness and quality ng ingredients na because they tend to save money. So minsan nare recycle nila ang mga pagkain. Kayo, on the other hand, pinamimgay na niyo ang leftovers
Very honest kayo about reusing the frying oil. But change to new after a week. Which is reasonable. Also, you cook on the same day.
