Did the maths, with voidstaff and sorc shoes you are doing 60% dmg to a lvl 18 graves with maw and merc treads, deathcap is better.
Let's suppose the deathcap passive is a 40% dmg increase, it's probably more, i haven't checked the ap scalings of an elise combo, but im guessing human q, human w, spider w into spider q it's more than 100% ap dmg, also i just remembered cacoon removes magic resist, which makes an even better argument for deathcap*, anyways, doing the maths roughly and in detiorment of deathcap (assuming deathcap passive its a 40% dmg increase) to get enough magic pen to get a 40% dmg increase (from 60% dmg to 83% dmg) u need 48 magic pen, not a a tiny winy bit known as 10-20 that shadowflame gives. Basically, doing the maths a bit fast without getting into elise combos and stuff, deathcap is way better.
*Yes yes, the best magic resist point is the first one, so the closer u are to 0 mr the better magic pen is, but also the better 40% dmg increase is and negative magic resist scales as poorly as magic resist, basically, what im trying to say is that 40% dmg increase is better than 40 magic pen, lets not talk about 20 magic pen.

Dcap is NOT a 40% increase in dmg, its not even close to it really. its just a 40% increase on the scalings, which arent really insane on elise, its about a 30% increase at full items, and the less items we have the lower this number becomes
Also cocoon doesnt remove magic resist, idk where that comes from
Dcap does have marginally better damage than void staff but is also considerably more expensive with a pissbad build path
Also negative stats always have 100% value, for example, -20 ability haste means +20% cooldown on everything, -100 armor would mean taking +100% damage while 100 positive armor would mean taking -50 dmg
And to top it all off, sorc shoes + shadowflame give up to 43 flat magic pen, which means that a 150 Mr graves (lvl 18 with mercs, malmortius and MR runes) now only has 47 effective MR, against you. I dont think it's necessary to explain why this is so good

Auf deutsch weil einfacher, ich bin kein jurist, und falls es jemanden interessiert:
zum Thema Reactions,
"fair use" ist Zitatrecht. Klassische Reacts sind einfach nur das Video von vorne bis hinten abspielen und eine Facecam drüber zu machen, kein Zitat. Nach deutschem Recht also auch kein fair use. Wenn dieses Video aber die Hälfte der Zeit angehalten wird und dann analysiert wird KÖNNTE das schon wieder ganz anders aussehen.
Allerdings weiß ich nicht wie das im internationalen Stil aussieht. Ob das Recht aus dem Land des Videos gilt oder das aus dem Land des Reactenden ist mir unbekannt. Da es wahrscheinlich aber generell schwierig werden könnte ihn vor ein deutsches Gericht zu bekommen wegen solchem kleinkram, ist das einzige dass man da realistisch gegen machen könnte der yt claim.
Da agurin ja jetzt aber wiederum auf sein Video reactet hat, sind sie eh quitt.

maybe a video about "proactive / reactive jungling"? I am not following every step of yours, but it seems like you disagree about this term / concept in the first place?
You only can disagree with this term if it is used as an explanation for jungle styles 😅 both pro active Aktions (if we want to use this terms) and reactive aktions are part of Jng macro in total.
If you deside to invade the enemy jng without ur lanes having prio/tempo to kill the enemy jng its a coinflip and a risky play but not the most optimal play to climb in the long run... Calling it proactive and a jungle style dosnt make the makro decision better or right 😅 and don't making risky decisions that flip the game isn't reactive...
Ofc you can invade enemy jng if you know he isn't there or you know you have numbers advantage wich agurin does all the time. It's a reactive decision on the map state/lane state, looking for ur lanes to have prio etc.
Dantes whould use the term proactive for invade with and without prio😅 but invading should allways be a reactive decision to what is happening on the map.
No challenger jungler only plays reactively, the terms make no sense
proactive only means going more for 50/50 plays. reactive junglers just dont go for these 50/50 plays and go for farm or save plays instead. not worth a video since you can say it in one sentence.
Rabadon’s is 100% better than Shadowflame in that game state btw.

Everyone is misrepresenting what Dante’s said. He never said it was a bad playstyle, nor that Agurin was bad. He said Agurin is “the BEST reactive jungler” and that Dantes was frustrated with not being able to beat his reactive playstyle because he looks up to proactive junglers which is a *different* playstyle.
It's all a meme, there is no such thing as passive or proactive jungling, Dantes is coping / made it up for content or something

Yeah but this statement is wrong 😅 that's the problem with it, there isn't proactive and reactive as 2 different jng playstyles. Jng macro is about making the best decision with the biggest chance for a good outcome and the lowest risk possible, ofc you are allowed to take a higher risk if you are heavily behind as a coinflip could change things to a better outcome. But making wrong jng decisions dosnt make a play proactive and don't making those dosnt make it reactive.
Ofc you can invade but it's allways a reactive decision you do it if you have numbers advantage, if you are way stronger or if enemy jng isn't arround to steal his farm. You don't invade without watching for those things so it's allways a reaction on what happens on the map.
Dantes thinks about jng in a wrong way I wouldn't say that it can't work the way he is doing it but it's allways a flip less consistent and risky. His playstyle is more about Statcheck, mechanics and aggressive Aktions but not about making complex macro decisions. That's why he is inconsistent.
