I watched this because as it happens I made something like this last night. Mine included red curry paste and kefir lime leaves. I undercook the pasta, linguine in my case, and finish the pasta in the sauce
More important than the size is to check the ingredients. The label should just say shrimp. Any other additives, including salt, will negatively affect the texture and taste.
I know I know. It’s not a great name for the recipe but since I used coconut milk and tomato paste it felt like curry to me. Disregard the name but give this recipe a try, it’s fantastic.
