Looks like you've miscalculated the wattage -12V x 15A is 180W, not 300W. You'd need 20V at 15A or 25A at 12V to achieve 300W.

For example, you may have a charge controller that is rated for a maximum amperage, so you design your array not to exceed that rating, or you may have a load that requires an operating voltage of 24v so a 12v setup won't meet your requirements.

@cjgodoy7535 yes, that's my point - your video animation states 12V x 15A = 300W at ​33 seconds. 180W is correct, which means the calculation in the speech bubble during your video has an error contained in it.
