I really enjoy the night vision feature that allows me to see clearly any activity near our house (mostly cars and wild animals). The motion detection is helpful to me as well to monitor what happens on our front.

This included traveling all over Germany last year. Then all of a sudden (a month ago), I could only view the cameras when connected to Wi-Fi. Any Wi-Fi works perfectly, regardless of how slow or fast it is. Being in Toronto and with a top cellular provider, I have a really good, fast data connection but still can't connect. I've checked all the settings, tried a couple different apps but still won't connect with data. I've had these cameras, my cell phone and been with the same cell provider for a couple years. What could possibly be the problem? I use the cameras to keep an eye on my elderly Mum who lives alone. It's really annoying when I don't have Wi-Fi, she doesn't answer the phone and I can't check in on her. If I can't resolve this I'll have to buy new (different) cameras. Anyone have a solution to this? Thanking you in advance.
I’ve watched these vidoes and gotten the unit to do all of what it shows but when I go out of the app it stops recording so do you have to keep your phone on the app or what I’m not understanding it

This camera was really good until automatic firmware update.(V380) Now, the camera works fine except motion alarm to telephone. Nothing happen when somebody moves in front of the camera. The motion alarm with notification message is really important to me when my babies sleeping at night. Thank you very much for your help and your answer! Please help me to solve this problem. Is there any possibilty to change camera firmware? (maybe older or newer) Now I use this: imgur.com/a/gujAg Thank you!

I had to go in turn off wifi turn on airplane mode for a min then turned wifi back on an airplane off ,it rest connection all is good
