Hey Marlon. Front elevation looks deceivingly small. Love the view on entry. Love the 1st bath. Tub not needed. Guest bed an ok size. Large study. Agreed. Nice stone accent wall. Put a Murphy bed in there. Drop zone. Nice kitchen. Also don’t care for brown kitchen cabinets but this with the backsplash floors and counter works. Big pantry. Like the enclosed butlers pantry. Would leave it closed. The dining space is large enough. 2nd bath large with linen closet. Good size laundry and ok guest rooms. Want folks to go home😂. Pocket doors the best. Covered lanai. Pool space look tight. But would want one. Spacious primary. Accent wall too dark for me. Nice size shower. Ditch the tub. Give me a longer sink countertop, shower and add a linen closet.
