Only expensive thing was the MIG, and they can be had used for reasonable money in most places. I bought mine 20 odd years ago brand new with a loan, and it's probably the single best purchase I ever made as it's made so many things since then possible that would not be without it. Good on you for honouring your fans' requests :-)
cheap 150A DC capable SMAW inverter would do the trick too for this kind of welds and thickness. There aren't that many welds and they aren't long either, wouldn't consume too many rods. Get yourself a box of E7018 1/8" (dunno how it's labeled in EU) rods and you're set

THIS is the channel I subscribed to. Nice work. Let me clarify: The videos you've been making are cool, but seeing your ingenuity with basic tools is something pretty unique on RUclips.
So refreshing seeing someone use a proper scraper to mark out their lines and not destroy a pair of calipers under the excuse that they are "cheap". That said, this is an excellent vise.
@@kalevvaska2541 not really ! It does almost the same thing but only when the mask is on. The problem is that the dust and the fine shavings are floating arround long after your done grinding and remove your mask
Projekt "bez użycia drogich narzędzi" obejmował użycie szlifierki kątowej, szlifierki stołowej, wiertarki stołowej i spawarki.
Be very careful with gloves around belt grinders, I recommend using a pair of vice grips to hold your piece, as if that glove gets caught in between the table and the belt, it could be over for you fingers, great build aswell!!
I'm sure you own a plasma cutter, use plasma cutter to cut the ovals or strait holes instead of that bulky and inefficient angle grinder, I can see your perfect skill to cut deferent type of metals but why not make the job easier with better tool? I know plasma cutter have some limitation at certain area but most of your cutting actions are good for cutting with plasma, BTW, excellent work with limited equipment.
Nice, ...I mean really nice bit of work to make an everlasting tool like a vise. They are like C clamps, you can't have too many in your shop ( within reason! )
Interested in seeing a second video where you use the vice with the Evolution chop saw. I wave one and I am very impressed with it's performance. The fact that you use one influenced buying decision.

I’m impressed with how straight you can cut with an angle grinder.
There is something nice about seeing minimal tools used, but cmon I think we can all agree that the plasma cutter is wayyy more satisfying to watch

solid stand.
Amazing bro,Wonderful work i love it can have that as gift
I like how you make something useful out of what most people call junk and you do it with simple tools. keep up the good work.
Amazing that work
Geweldig in 1 gestoken! From Belgium 🇧🇪🦁
👍very lovely video
its good that you are showing its possible to do all this with an angle grinder and a small drill press.

That was like watching art as it is made.. Beautiful!!!
Dobra robota ;)

Patrzyć, jak pracujesz z metalem, to jak słuchać Rynkowskiego. Dusza śpiewa. Pozdrawiam i powodzenia.

Fajna i praktyczna maszynka.
Darek, Wow, making tools with tools you have made. Simple design is always best and effective. Waiting for what is next.

great super work !
Always good seeing you out in the shop. Hope all is well
That craftsmanship is impressive. From a practical point of view it is a waste of time and money. It is much cheaper to buy one.
You make things looks so easy.... amazing work
Kurka. Masz talent gościu. Zakładaj firmę i rób sprzęt na zamówienie.
I really like the new rock music you are using. It fits your videos so much better 👍
This Chanel name should be homemade tools OK I subscribe to your Chanel continue with these tools
I wish I could get my guys to work as fast as in your videos
Świetna robota jak zwykle 🙂
Good video
Project well done. Cut and weld until done. Salute'
Love the handwheel!
Thanks for sharing,
Cheers
Yes, that handwheel gave the vice its ease of use through rotational inertia - very clever indeed.
You Sir are a very good fabricator. Thanks for sharing the details.
Tes etaux mes font toujours autant rêver...👍👍👌
You should build yourself a fume extractor with a downdraft grinding/welding table. Your lungs will appreciate it
razvanon i just wear an n95 when i grind. does the same thing
@@kalevvaska2541 not really !
It does almost the same thing but only when the mask is on. The problem is that the dust and the fine shavings are floating arround long after your done grinding and remove your mask
Not to mention that a few n95 masks costs as much as a fume extractor nowadays
razvanon also, you are right about the shavings in the air, but i do most of my grinding outdoors so it generally goes away fast
@@kalevvaska2541 yes, outside is much better
I wish I had your talents...off I go and make something close, but no cigar! Looking forward to the next video - as always.
💪 very strong. Iron man never fails.
I like the scratch measuring tool. Very nice work
I'm sure you also made your belt sander too? Is there a video on that?
great job ! you are our "european Diresta"

Excellent work Sir, great addition to the shop.
Thanks for sharing.
Very nice work
👍👍👍👍👍 Have you have any trouble with grit getting inside the thrust bearings yet?
Una belleza 😃
You should use left handed thread in order to secure it by turning wheel to right
Bro.. that was an excelent job thank..to show us

2k to zoska.
A little forethought, and a left hand acme threaded rod would have been the right way to go.
Awesome as always, and a Furze fan too! Top engineering!!!
The music really complemented at times. Nice build.
Najlepsze maszyny to tylko u Darka. Pozdrowionka dla Ciebie
Pozdrawiam :)
Super svěrák
Przemyślane, proste i praktyczne,

You are an Artist 👍👍👍
