As a european (norwegian) I can confirm the Donald Duck comics are EXTREMELY popular. Most kids grow up reading Donald and I and many of my friends have boxes upon boxes of comics. So yeah, having Donald on the packaging makes sense.
From what I know the Donald duck comics are especially popular in the Nordic. As you said they're very popular in Norway, from experience I know they're extremely popular here in Finland (my dad has a massive collection of them), and I also know they're a very big deal in Sweden (to the point of having the legendary good guy be included as a bonus with one of the books in 2006)
I have some Lego Elves-related Trivia (coming from a wiki editor myself): - When Joel Baker was interviewed on the Trickybricks podcast, Joel revealed that the Magic Rescue from the Goblin Village set was inspired by Medieval Market Village from 2009's castle theme. The same is true for The Secret Market Place which was also inspired by Medieval Market Village from that same theme. - According to Barbara Haynes, the team had wanted to include a Goblin minifigure named Trumplin, even going as far as getting it pitched, though this was rejected. - In that same Trickybricks interview, Sophie was originally going to have a minidoll similar to what became with those story book sets as of recent. For some Bionicle trivia: - Greg Farshtey considers Vezon one of his favorite characters to write and Zaktan as one of his favorite Piraka. - According to developer notes in Bionicle Heroes' files, several older Bionicle sets had to be tracked down on Ecommerce sites like Ebay for the artists to use as reference.

Yeah, there are a lot of fun unused textures in LEGO Dimensions. My favorites are that the base game has files for new (never released) minifigures of Harry, Ron, and Hermione, implying that they were intended to release in year one with new designs before being pushed back to year two as reprints from the 2010 sets, and that the Sonic Level Pack included textures for the characters Vector, Espio, and Charmy, implying they were all originally intended to make an appearance.
You're right about Harry in Year 1! He was actually going to have his own level pack, I'm not sure what on, but it got scrapped. Harry's design was the same but with the old hairpiece, so the 2009 design.
@@legoanimegirl I imagine it would've been based on the first movie, as that's what the other movie level packs did (BTTF, Ghostbusters, Mission: Impossible)
According to the LEGO Dimensions wiki, Vitruvius from The LEGO Movie and Skylor from Ninjago were planned to appear in the game but were scrapped for unknown reasons (My guess is that they were cut due to their presences contradicting their deaths in their respective continuities) Also, I wish more recognisable Sonic characters appeared in LEGO Dimensions

Did you know that in the legendary Garbage Truck Getaway set some instructions have an error showing that only one of Twitch's antennas is included? At least that's how mine is.
One of my favorite obscure Lego facts has to do with their old HO-scale cars. A lot of people know Lego used to include pre-made toy cars with brick sets before they created wheel pieces, but did you know there was a brief period of overlap where they not only produced both, but included both in one set? There's a very rare brick-built car carrier truck set that included HO-scale Lego cars to be carried on the trailer! It was kind of a final send-off of the HO scale cars, and in fact, at some point in its production the molds for HO-scale Lego cars were retired, so to complete the rest of the sets they had to buy similar toy cars from another company to put in the boxes.
6:49 being a big fan of the white stripes im very happy this fact was included and i think its also an interesting thing to note that the third man records shop (jack whites record company) has knock off lego jack and meg white buildable figures for sale

I know the Velma band wagon is a dedicated one, but come on.. Velma would've been the second to go after maybe Shaggy if the gang had to endure an apocalypse (pay no mind to Keith Giffin's "Scooby Apocalypse" comic). She's good at solving silly mysteries, but when it comes to fight or flight in a life and death situation, I can't imagine she's either stronger or faster than the others.
While I’m firmly on that Velma band wagon, I think you might be right. Although I actually think that Shaggy might survive the longest. Ultra Instinct memes aside, he can survive off of dog treats and is great at avoiding danger.
@@OkayYaraman it's also important to remember that shaggy is canonically the fastest runner of them all (running so fast so often is the reason why he's always hungry)
His big appetite is also a result of stress eating, and the reason he almost never puts on any weight is because he has a really high metabolism. Now that I think about it, that could probably also apply to Scooby. But I do think that that Velma would have as good of a chance as Shaggy. Heck, the two of them had a baby at the end of the Scooby-Doo: Apocalypse series! So clearly, Mike Mitchell has no idea what he is talking about!
