...I had the same problem with the pads. I pushed back the piston and squeezed the disc in, the back brake was dragging for a bit and I may have cooked it slightly but it worked out in the end and I haven't had a problem since. ✌
I know this video is old but at 1:00 you say “these are Phillips” and they are actually JIS and not Phillips. They both look basically the same but JIS has sharper corners on the fastener and JIS screwdrivers are designed for that exact fit. Buy some JIS screwdrivers (even cheap on Amazon) and try them out on your Japanese bikes. You will notice how well they work immediately.
I switched to EBC -HH sintered pads for the front, I stop just as hard and the only difference I noticed is they are wearing much faster. I'm going back to OEM when it's time to change them out...
Check out Apex brake lines on Facebook some guy named raymond sells them for $80 shipped. Stainless steel and can pick from like 9 colors. Made the brakes feel so much better
And i guess this is old or from yesterday? Bc in the video before this you said unfortunately the new brake pads didn't fit and got the old ones to work so why fix it if it ain't broke or something like that 😂😂
Looks like all the bikes are going to get some attention.
Great stuff, thanks for sharing 👍
PSD chain adjusters will make your life that much better

Diesel has his own chill spot that's awesome
I miss the cable operated brakes from way back when. Diesel always adds to the enjoyment of your vids.
Did you push the piston back into the caliper I assume you did but if you didn’t that’s why the pads did not fit

you just need to slide the caliper on its slide pins so the pad lines up with the groove. It would work if you knew how motorcycle brakes work! lol
Nice!! I run the 13t-37t. It’s makes a huge difference over
Where’s the video where you explain what happened to the 450L?
Im pretty sure if you slide the caliper mount all the way in the disc would fit
Hmmm ,I wonder how the water got in the reservoir?
Try sanding down the pads maybe you can get it to fit
Turn this in to the local auto parts store.... yeah. 🤣👍
Wheres the link for the blue lock tight gel? lol
What do u torque your wheels too?
You didn't link the gel locktight down below man😔
Did you pull the caliper all the way back?
I agree and hate to ask the obvious but do you compress the brake piston before installing the new pads?.........
Did you compress
It didn't look like he did that's why I asked
Mikes Back KITB2K you have too, otherwise the new pads won’t go onto the rotor.
Kam Troy he skipped threw the steps he took, if you look closely the piston is already pushed all the way into the caliper
Cool vid!
Hi, can you tell me how tall you are? I measure 1.82 and I don't know if I will do well in the msx. what do you think ?
Make sure you pour out old brake fluid in front of the door to your local auto parts store!
Where’s the 450l vid bro?
When is the 450 vid I love your vids and won’t to see it so bad
Why street tires ? And why not 37 when in dirt ?
the larger rear sprocket gives you more top end so not idea for the dirt as you'd want acceleration when on the dirt
The grom needs brocks wheel bearings that would help with a little more speed dont be a cheap lol
