since it's on the top floor, you won't have to worry about loud foot steps when rather neighbors decide to move the refrigerator at 2 AM. but 7.2k a month to pay HOA dictatorship that decide how many guest u may have?

Miami really is gorgeous.
Folks, Miami Beach is a different city than Miami. Miami is the big city bordering the intracoastal waterway while MB is the suburb on the barrier island and ocean. One thing that amazes me is that Ft. Lauderdale now has a bigger skyline than Miami did when I lived there in the 1980's (Miami Vice era)!

It's too small and leaves much to be desired. Once you get past the beaches, you realize Miami doesn't offer much. It is more of a vacation town than anything else.

Don't be fooled by Miami. Everything east of Federal Hwy looks great, but when you go inland, it's an infested ghetto.
Agreed. These videos only show the same 3 areas of Miami metro over and over again. They dont show where most people live lol
