I've taken the "thirds" breath practice to my classroom of 9 and 10 year-olds. It's one of their favourites of our "mindfullness" practices. Thanks for that. (It's also been my secret intro to fractions. hahaha).
I really enjoyed this break in the challenge. I was having a very stressful and emotional time and after this meditation I felt like Neo in the Matrix calmly pushing away bullets that were flying at him. Really an in-control feeling of all this negativity that was flying in at me. Thanks, Tim!
I needed this. I work at FedEx and we are slammed right now (and for the next month). My body is so sore and bruised. If anyone ever wants to get paid to workout just work at FedEx! But then come home and do yoga with Tim.
I liked that you added a day to restore. I rarely let myself do that and when I do I sometimes feel guilty. Thank you for reminding me that having a gentle day is also important.

Hi Tim and Ollie, Thanks so much for this series..it's been really helpful in the past 8 days to me physically and mentally.. I am from China and as you may have known, the country is under going corona virus epidemic. The whole country is at the fight at it and some other countries are sending us help too.. Not sure how it is being covered by international media, but I do feel there's much more light than darkness.. However, with public places being shut down and being encouraged to stay in by the officials, in the past 8 days, I have not made much outdoor (literally out-door) time =P.. but I've met the challenges so far! And it has really helped me to remain calm and centered :) [esp when Ollie is around] So big thanks!

Loved it! Yes I was super excited too when you said today was going to be restorative. I'm new to the practice, am also fasting and doing this challenge just before I break my fast (sunset) and today I found myself on a 2 hour hike where I ended up climbing out of a steep ravine, so this was JUST the thing I needed. I feel like I've already had a warm bath. All tensions smoothed out, head light, super calm and restored. THANK YOU and much love.

Oh wow! Natural high and I am loving this journey thus far. And day 3 is when I began using my mat lol 😂 hard lesson learned .. rug burn on my elbows. Obviously shaking slipping and sliding. But day 4 I had my mat block and water and eucalyptus blue essential oil to assist me. All of that coupled with today’s breath. I am in heaven on earth
Hi Tim. Missed a day when I started back at work but doubled up today with days 6 and 7 which were a great combo. Really enjoyed this session. Felt centered and calm which is great as the work day ended kinda ugly so this was awesome to release that negativity. Thoughts wandered at times but came back to the practise quickly and with ease. Travelling for work and don't have a mat but the room is big enough i have plenty of space and nice carpet so I'll be back tomorrow 😊

I've been practicing this 30 day challenge in the morning, today I was unable to practice in the morning and just did it now at 1:30 pm and BOY was I happy it was Meditation Day (insert happy dance)! I didn't want to miss Day 7 but was pretty unmotivated to get physical (though I was going to push through) and the breathing and meditation is just what the doctored ordered! Thanks for putting this material out here for us, much appreciated!
The cold bug really knocked me down today. Thank you Tim for a practice today thats got me feeling a little better. The space I found by the end of the practice was perfect.

I got through the first week (just one day with a break), which is the longest I've stuck with any yoga programme. Challenging, but turns out it's really helpful with my plantar fasciitis, as well as strengthening my whole body. Started out with hating downward dog, but now it's like "Yay, getting into downward dog!". Also, I've begun to notice a few of the others that are almost at the same day as me in the comments, and I miss them when I don't see a comment from them that day. Super motivational to feel like you're doing the challenge "together"! Still with you from Norway!
I was so sore today but ready for whatever came, couldn't have been blessed more with this meditation cycle. And I really got a lot out of it, would love to do it more often!
Thanks Tim! I often forget to give appropriate time to pranayama, and when you prompt this, I always remember how good I feel after. Also, I found another prop substitution for the community. As I'm painting the bathroom at the moment, access to my linen closet is blocked but access to painting supplies is not. A canvas dropcloth will fold up almost as nicely as a good towel. Pro tip: choose the cleanest dropcloth lest you find your yoga clothes enhanced with spatters of "Dustblu". :)

Hi Tim; still with you for Day 7. Pleasantly surprised by the chillitude of today's practice. Pranayama is a term I have heard but this is my first time attempting the practice; the sensations were precisely as you described. Very pleasant, lgiht, and calming.
