I don't know if you may read this...i'm here only to tell you that everything that you love of Final Fantasy...the emotions, the amazing world to explore, the incredible villains...all the tears of joy and sadness, the unexpected plot twists...is here too...One Piece is to shonen, the same that Final Fantasy to JRPG

FF is my favorite game series ever made and One Piece is my favorite show of all time, glad you're starting your journey! I agree with FF9 being underrated, FF10 is my personal favorite :)@@1tsYog
Final Fantasy stories are amazing ngl but i have to say One Piece is one of the best stories ive ever had the pleasure of seeing and i watch, read and play video games a lot 😂😂

it didn't "go back to the start", that was a version of the first opening, sung by the voice cast of the crew at the time - it seems like a lot of people reacting to the openings miss that it's not the same person singing it, nor that that time, it's multiple people singing it
I don't understand,how a lot of people don't get the differences?! It's a "First Time React To",ok,but if they stop for a moment and think about it they should doubt whether it's not the exact same song and logically conclude that it's not the same exact thing! Sure,the changes maybe be subtle or obvious,but they're there!
Luffy is actually the second shortest member of his own crew. In fact, even Usopp is a couple inches taller than Luffy.

9:47 Yes those various things are all Chopper, you can tell because of his hat. It's a transformation yes, but it's not emotion based, it's something he chooses to do (most of the time)

Also it didn't go back to the beginning. Yes it replayed the first opening but it was a remix with the actual character voices singing the song as an anniversary. "We are" is used about four times as an opening and each time it's a remix and anniversary.

Yeah, just the implication that his brother passed on and is nudging him on to live his life brings tears to my eyes. My bro is the most important person in my life and whichever of us goes first, we know we'll be at one anothers' backs, hoping the other has the best possible rest of their life.

Just a heads up opening 24 and 25 aren’t in this video lol you should totally check them out. Opening 24 is called Paint and 25 is called The Peak or The highest point :)

Welcome aboard! As someone who refused to watch for 10 years or more, I am so glad my friend practically FORCED me to start it. It's been the best anime journey I've ever been on. I officially caught up on all the episodes last week and I'm moving on to the manga 😊
Commenting part way through to say best of luck if you decide to check the series out. I decided to get into it and am glad i did. It is an amazing show. But also made me sob over things I didnt think I'd ever cry for.
some anecdotes about one piece: It is the best-selling manga ever. The second best-selling comic by ever brhinda superman.
The first opening was reused 3 times by changing it, the first time with the voice of the crew, the second time with a new rhythm, and the third time a special for the episode 1000
the first ship in the passing of the openings is increasingly damaged due to the journey, and in the end 😭😭, you will understand just by looking at it, we have all been there.

One piece is amazing I was a big anime fan that was always not watching one piece cause the art style but the minute I started it…. It was over. Incredible journey

Luffy has crazy resistance to basically any physical attack, except for cutting attacks, due to his rubber body. It's pretty OP, indeed.
The black arm thing, like you noticed, is indeed a technique. The old man you pointed out didn't teach him the base form... but the advanced? Yeah, you were right in guessing that.
One Piece IS the one and only piece of any mediatic story out there that made me cry the most to this day. And idk any other story can bypass it.

just a few facts.
One piece manga started in 1996. And an anime started in 1997. That's why the animation is an older style in the beginning. And being that the anime has been out for 27 years. The animation grew with the times.
There's only one writer and artist for the manga that's Oda. He does all the characters all the stories pretty much everything except for the backgrounds in the manga. Oda is in The Guinness book of world records for this very fact. Toei does the animation.
One piece is the number two comic in the world slightly behind Superman. It's inevitable that it will surpass Superman by a great margin.
There's a ton of other stuff but you'll find that out as your channel grows. Good lucks and enjoy.

One Piece openings early on used to show so much Shanks and Other higher tiered characters. As time went on they slowly stopped appearing kind if a cool indication that they arent that far in strength from those Top Tier pirates with each passing arc

You could checkout "We Are" the 1,000 episode version. It's just the first opening with updated animation. It's got the entire crew up current in the anime.

Just remember, once you get past the Fishman island arc, you may want to react to 3 eps at once. Pacing gets a little slow (but goes back to normal at Wano).

This was a month ago but you talked about luffy sending back that canon ball and that reminded me of a guy IN REAL LIFE who would make people pay to see him get shot by a canon and the guy was out there stopping canon balls with is tummy, his name Frank Richards i'm pretty sure

I think Luffy is either 5’7 or 5’9. He’s about average in our world but there are A LOT of tall people in One Piece.
Chopper in opening 3 is showing that he can transform but people are surprised later about this fact.
Yeah I always found it kinda weird how they always missed that part
It's pretty hard to catch during the earlier openings. I don't fully expect people to understand the whole crews powers until atleast opening 18.

I've been starting One Piece after the LA release myself.
It might be tough to watch sometimes due to lack of pacing but it's still a top tier anime, the only one that got me hooked in for this much episodes (actually sitting at episode 355, Thriller Bark arc)

ok...you dont have to repeat yourself to be entertaining...just react. 12:14 it didnt go to the start...it was a different opening with the VAs singing the theme. Dont mess with the video. React to it as is...and stretching isnt op...and you didnt have opening 24 or 25
With all due respect I do nothing to “be entertaining” I’m myself always and I won’t be another way. As I’ve said time and time again I don’t do research so I wasnt to know if it was a messed up video or something went wrong as I keep my reactions authentic and want you guys to see it first hand, just dislike the video if you don’t like what you see and move on with your day 🤙🏽
