Depends on the place, my experience no. It’ll give u more work hours, but no increased rate. Private swim lessons do however, so if U can secure those, do them
My lifeguard training starts next week and when I went to the pool to practice today they told me it might be cancelled because not enough people signed up. Im low key pissed of cause I was really looking forward to it and it’s the only pool near me

u arent demanding for it, if they asking if u are okay paying for it. they are indirecting offering. So i would say, is this something you guys cover? and if they say yes. respond by saying thats great and get more details@@austinmcclain9772

What should we say if they ask something along the lines of “Are you okay paying for your certification?”
Jump on that opportunity: they are offering to pay for it. Ask if it’s something they cover, and push for it
