I have the test next week and I’m so nervous, I can swim front crawl decently but 150 yards seems like a lot to me and then right away like you said in your other videos I have to tread for 2 min 😭 I have bad endurance with that stuff but imma practice treading this week 💪

I can’t go straight down how do you do that

How do you make you self go down to the bottom feet first that what I can’t do

Should you pack clear googles? Hair cap?

How can I get in your online class Wher yo teach everything

How many times a week should a beginner practice the distance test, the treading test, and the brick test?

Great content! I love watching your videos as I am completing my lifeguarding in 3 weeks. I live in Alberta, Canada, so it works differently but the advice still helps! We typically don’t do a pre-test but rather have about 3 courses that we go through each ranging from full 3-5 days.

Hi Adam! I was wondering you say goggles are allowed during the whole test? I thought goggles weren't allowed at all but if they are now that would be VERY helpful for me!

I have a scuba test treading for 10mins and I can barely tread for 30 seconds LOL, WISH ME LUCK ill be practicing non stop the next 3 days

We did 300 yard or 400m swim for cross and most people in my course did not make it first try I did cause of my swim background but still the instructor made everyone do the swim again

how hard is a spinal deep water passive rescue? in a olympic dive tank, I wear contacts and opening my eyes underwater makes them fall out, without them my vision is horrible in the water. for precise movements would it be difficult ?

Does CPR 100% work on unconcious victims due to drowning. What if you keep doing cpr and the person just doesnt become concious? did you come across any situations similar to this

I failed my NL today 😢 I just turned 15 during the course and all my physicals very great. Just scenarios I felt that I had 0 to none pre-requiste knowledge from my bronzes. I cleared everything first try and I am kind of disappointed. Could you give me a few tips because I feel kinda disappointed and want to clear it for sure the next time. Taking my pretest in 45 minutes, I’ve been bing watching all your tips and tricks as well as others. I’ve practiced the skills on the test but I’m nervous for the tread water section as when I was practicing sometimes I would touch my chin to the water.
