    For everyone not getting this to work: If you still can only bind one rx/tx, make sure that you radios are set to the same region/frequency. You have to unlock that setting for some Modules (on the Micro TX you have to press the button 10+ times).

    I believe this feature was developed after a chat comment was made by a regular TBS user requesting this feature during a TBS lounge several months ago. TBS stated they had never thought about this feature before the comment was read during the lounge. Nice job whoever made the comment.

    PRO TIP:
    I had the same issue with the WiFi not connecting through AgentX selecting network and typing in password.
    Here’s the trick. Within the web browser, using the same address as you used to update the firmware you can click on the other tab at the top and it will take you to a screen where you can type in your Wifi information and it worked for me first try.
    Hope I explained that well. Basically don’t type your wifi password into AgentX, instead type it into the right slots in the web browser using the mac address you used earlier.

Now everything is linked to the crossfire by the normal method, are the 6 drones linked at once because they are already in the crossfire v2? I have not found any video on youtube that clarifies it.

    I believe I'm on the right track to getting this working with TBS Agent Web (agent m). If I understand this correctly, as long as I can see a user ID (under "About") and the ability to enable or disable Multi-Bind (under "Radio Settings"), then this should work. I'm waiting to get my XF Nano TX in the mail, so hopefully, I can test this out soon and be able to use either my XF Micro TX or XF Nano TX with all my XF receivers without re-binding.

    Thank you for the great video. To say TBS's WiFi module is wonky is an understatement. I've been wanting to multibind for a while so I can fly both my Tango2 and MicroTXV2 on my main quad. Your video finally inspired me to give it a shot. I was able to get everything upgraded and installed, but the Tango2 always states- Server: Offline 8. Sometimes it changes to different offline numbers. Oddly enough I was able to get my MicroTXV2 connected long enough last night to pull a user ID, but even it is only getting offline server status as well. Do you think it is an issue with my setup or is the issue with TBS servers?

      Just want to give an update that this has been resolved and both of my XF TX's are now showing "Online" and multibind is working. Trappy actually replied to my Facebook post, so I'm assuming they must have done something to their cloud servers to resolve it. :-)

    Have not been able to update either my Micro TX nor any receivers for I don’t know how long now. I’ve spent countless hours “bricking” my receivers only having to go through the extremely tedious Emergency Recovery each time, whilst staying on F/W that is now many many versions old. Tried all I can, re-downloaded, re-installed, re-bound, recycled, re-smashed-my-head-with-a-hammer. All to no avail. But meh, they all still fly, just not on the latest firmware. And I think I’ll keep it that way.

Everything was working perfectly following your tutorial on my Tango 2 and my X9D+ with the XF module but about one week, since I’ve updated my TBS Agent, the X9D is losing its ID all the time. Just connect to the AP, open a browser to 192.168.4.1, click the Wifi tab, scan (doesn't seem to work unless you scan first), click the wifi network, enter the password, and then connect. I spent half an hour trying to connect my Tango 2 and TX16s using Agent X with no luck. Wifi interface worked first time on both.

    I've been having this really weird issue in the TBS client, it will sometimes show my channel output map and then sometimes that whole section will just disappear from the client altogether. it's not just that part either there's a bunch of other parts that will just randomly disappear and reappear. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest versions and still have this issue intermittently. TBS Agent X is a piece of shit you unfortunately cant avoid. Launch, pray its in mood, do whatever you need to do and run.
    Not updating, hanging in weird ways, not binding receivers or updating them, behaving erraticaly in all forms and factors.

      @woj1999 4 года назад

      Well Like i said. Its a shit you cant avoid. I managed to get through wifi, upgrading firmwares etc. I stayed on 3.72 as i know upgrading firmware on TX will almost certainly disconnect all rx. Managed to get wifi working, logged in the cloud. First old module, then new module. Now ALL MY QUADS ARE UNBOUND!!!! Time to disasemble each one and rebind....

    • @woj1999
      @woj1999 4 года назад

      Actually I found out that disabling multibind on the original micro tx V1 after the whole operation (when it is unbound) re-enables binding with the models (green instead of red), and if you do it with wifi enabled, turning it back on keeps the binding and seems to transfer to V2....

    This thing is driving me mad , my tx module wifi on agent x is on for a few seconds then goes off for a few seconds so can't look at the wifi settings in agent x because it will not stay on 😡, is this the same process for linking the Fusion to wifi cloud ?, also when on the cloud web page and search for clients it always finds nothing even after an hour , I have watched videos and there networks show up in a few seconds but nothing and I am surrounded with many networks and this is driving me mad 😡.

      bind with multibind off then turn multibind on while the quad is plugged in, it will download your number to the receiver

      I already lost all my bindings. I think that if I have to rebind everything I can just do it with multibind enabled and it would work.

      @@albert8329 true, but you may not have lost them. if you turn it of it still might be bound, then when you turn it on it will download the number into the receiver and multibind will work. i had to do that on mine. regardless it’s kind of wonky but cool once you get it working... good luck

      When you update firmware, you have to update the firmware on the receiver too.
      Turn on the module. Put it in bind mode. Plug in the receiver. It will auto-bind and the module will ask, "update firmware"? Then just hit yes and wait for it to finish.

    Learned something today :) . The tbs agent is lagged and reads the wifi module through usb. The radio already tries to connect to the home/local wifi to get the userid after the first prompt "are you sure you want to connect to the wifi" from the tbs agent. So dont do anything and hold tight even if the Tbs agent prompts you to connect to the wifi second time (the second time actually cancels the wifi connection). As you do this open up the wifi module in the radio and check progress in the tx/tango 2 module display. Wait for a bit and use mobile hotspot preferably so u c wenever the module connects to ur phone wifi. i watched this video multiple times but could not get it working. So wanted to share my feedback incase anyone else faces the same issue. And lastly thank u very much for all the fpv learning videos u post :) @Joshua Bardwell

    I've tried everything but I cannot get the Multi-bind option to show up, the transmitter is connected to my network as I can access it's new internal IP (eg 192.168.1.142) from my hardwired PC, the radio says that it is online. I have an x-lite with the nano tx, I have also tried on a x7 with the micro tx v2. Both firmware are the most recent 'XF Micro TX' is running 4.10 and 'XF wifi' is running 1.17. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks

    I feel like having all my RX ID's and email stored online is unnecessary. Would be far simpler if TBS agent had you plug both modules in and then do a straight copy between. What is TBS doing with the data? It feels like another registration ID but with RX serials. 🤔

    • @JoshuaBardwell

      I completely agree that it should be possible to link these guys simply by plugging in to TBS Agent. I have no idea why it's required to connect the device to WiFi.

      @@JoshuaBardwell are we sure that the ID of the RX are stored on the cloud servers? is it the case that once the TX have user ID's used as part of the bind process (looks like a one time connection to the cloud servers for each tx), the RX just looks for the matching ID of the other TX? I'll try and set up a and test tonight. thanks so much for the walk through.

    @Joshua Bardwell, Can you use this system to do "handoff" from one controller to another while the quad is still in flight? I'm thinking of things like flying over to the other side of a mountain, where a second pilot takes over on the other side :)

      I think in theory this would work however the timing of the handover would need to be tested.

    I have a Taranis/Lite and Tango 2, half my quads bound to one, half to the other, and they all work perfectly.
    I'd love to have Multibind working, but..
    I'm in the "if it aint broke dont fix it" zone and all this updating looks like a dicey pita.. I'll pass until the bugs are out of it.
    Not a big deal really, the Tango already meets/exceeds the enjoyable range of my dji/vistas anyway.

    What happens if you power up transmitter A with quad A and then you power up transmitter B and quad B? Assuming both transmitters are bound to each quad with multi-bind? Is it going to cause problems? I am just asking because I want to bind all my quads to both of my transmitters and sometimes I want to fly together with my son.

    • @JoshuaBardwell

      Only one transmitter will work with each quad. If two transmitters and two quads are powered up, I'm not sure what will happen. Don't do that.
