*Please Read* Hey everyone! Just wanted to jump in the comment section to address a few things that might have been misleading. If you are trying to grow your glutes, then you need to do heavy hip thrusts and compound movements (squat, deadlift etc.) which is what the first 6 weeks of this program focuses on. I addressed this is my first video when I announce I am running this program. During the first 6 weeks you are also undergoing progressive overload, so heavy compound movements + progressive overload is block 1. I am in block 2, which serves as a “deload” where you cut the weight back and increase reps. This is to bring on a new fresh stimulus and allow for some recovery because hypothetically, you SHOULD start the program all over again after week 8, with higher weight. It’s designed to get your glutes bigger but also STRONGER. In this video, I did a workout from block 2 which was VERY low weight and high volume because I will be re-running the program from the beginning after this week. So I will be going back to heavy compounds, so this week I need to recover. I hope the is clear 👍

ALSO GREW 2 CM!! and was wondering what the heck I was going to do once the plan was over (I'm on my 6th week)... absolutely loving this plan, but wish there was more bicep and tricep work, which i will be incorporating when I reset the program. I am interested in what you take before a workout, exercise movements and rep amounts, and what you would replenish your body with afterward. You have the body I would one day like to have but of course my own version since no two bodies are the same. Maria Rodrigainz I eat a vegan diet, have been for like 8 months and started to plateau, which is why I bought the program and I'm actually at 6 weeks now.. thought I was on my 8th (my bad). I've been tracking what I eat on my fitness pal and eat about 1500-1600 calories, not trying to be in a deficit or a surplus.. . Still doing trial and error with my diet to he honest. I am not sure how to hit my macros perfectly with a vegan diet because everything that's high in protein is HIGHER in carbs so I really have a hard time on how to cut. I'm just conscious of what I eat and it seems to be working for muscle growth for the booty !!
Maria Rodrigainz Jeff hasn't really added any cardio besides like 5-10 minute warm up before your exercises but I would recommend adding more because who doesn't love cardio amirite.... Not! But it's good for burning out extra calories

I have curly hair, really curly, it tends to be drier and thicker than straight hair - Aussie products have helped a lot with keeping it hydrated, even after swimming sessions. I also use a bit of jojoba oil at the tips, and I stopped trimming it as well, it grows 1-1.5 cms per month, so yeah, stop touching your hair ladies.
Someone from primary school had called me Shakira when I was 9, because I had a bigger butt compared to my peers. I developed low self-esteem due to the way my body was built. Years have passed, I'm nearly a medical school graduate, but it wasn't until I ran into beautiful confident women like you that I started overcoming my body dysmorphia. Started the program myself around the same time you did and I wouldn't have believed you got that much gains had I not experienced similar results myself! Really a great program that I would recommend to anyone. It would be nice to see some comparison of other measurements too though, for example as a waist comparison which can show if your glutes have grown significantly compared to your waist now that you are in a surplus.
Apart from that little aside your channel is amazing and combining scientific evidence, along with empirical evidence (trial and error) is great! And of course you are amazing looking too stephanie, train very hard and intense, focused and planned which makes you a rolemodel for anyone at any stage of their training career male or female! . Im old school 25 years training experience and learn a lot from your videos on both training and nutrition:)

Started the program myself around the same time you did and I wouldn't have believed you got that much gains had I not experienced similar results myself! Really a great program that I would recommend to anyone. It would be nice to see some comparison of other measurements too though, for example as a waist comparison which can show if your glutes have grown significantly compared to your waist now that you are in a surplus.
