Much Respect. You made the Drum lesson very easy to understand. I see your an expert at Drum Rudiments. Thank You ... Very cool .... Please do Surfin USA by the Beach Boys
Jeff - awesome - nice and clean - no over playing - great job. What muffling ring are you using on the snare? I love that tight dry sound - no overtones. What is that ring?
Hey Mark, thanks so much! That’s called a Big Fat Snare Drum, made in Massachusetts and starting to be available in many places. It’s actually a thick sheet of Mylar that sits on top of the entire drumhead. It lowers the pitch and dries out the overall sound quite a bit. Nice tool to have.
Nah, this is an instructional vid so I’m keeping it widely accessible. If I made a straight up drum cover, that would definitely be full tempo. Thanks for asking!
Good technique and analysis of the song, but every other transcription of the beat I've seen shows, for the second bar, accents on the 1, the and of 2, and 4.
One of the best Wipeout lessons. Love it.
one of the best lessons techniques, thanks Jeff
So far best instructor ever !thanks!!’
Great video, Jeff! Well done! Best wishes, Chris!

Is it at full tempo?

Where is the bass drum tutorial for this song?
