The poison spraying guys in the boat had to have told the local sheriff that you were armed (which is legal on your own property BTW) and/or threatening at some point while they were illegally spraying your property. I find it of note that none of the deputies appear to be in uniform. Indicating to me that they are likely off the clock and not on official business. Basically a private armed militia being used purely for intimidation purposes. Apparently citrus is making enough money from this contract they can afford to pay for 5 plus deputies and multiple vessels just to fulfill this contract. It is plain as day they are not out there to protect anyone and it is clearly about intimidation. Sounds like their might be a bit of corruption in your county. I would notify FDLE and the state AG and anyone else who will listen. Legit law enforcement officers are having a hard enough time with the current environment and attitude towards law enforcement. The last thing the real good ones need is some pudgy, corrupt, good ol boys running around and intimidating a property owner who hasn't even as much as issued a threat. (unless the videos we are seeing are edited) he just demanded to see legal permits and exercise his rights as a property owner. Clearly there is no legitimate reason for 5 of em with long guns on display.. My feeling is if it was a officially sanctioned assignment the sheriff dept would have sent a single deputy to ride on the boat in uniform to keep the peace if there had been any threats made previously but someone at the state or federal level needs to see what these guys are up to. And being hired thugs should not be acceptable for off duty deputies.

His face looks bruised and cut up in the mugshot, like they roughed him up.
Wow, two duputys with AR15s on each boat and one hideing behind the tree across the way. That tells you exactly what rights we think we have. The land owner never threatned anyone or displyed a firearm.Your private property and rights mean nothing to them. It only applies to regular people. Everyone involed, all individuals in those airboats and the supervisors in the county aquatics that gave them the work order, should have been fired and sent to jail and severely fined.
Yes, a shame that so many in law enforcement don't take the time to question their own authority or actions in cases where they quite often seem to back the tyrants in government over the people's rights. Put a bunch of politicians together with the money they control from the State, along with the paid Corporate interests, and our rights fly right out the window. Unfortunately, at some point the good decent honest folks are going to have had enough and decide to take matters into their own hands. I will feel awfully bad for their families of these deputies if that ever happens and hope it doesn't come to that. Naturally occurring deposits of arsenic can be disturbed in deep aquifer reservoirs by large scale agricultural, industrial or municipal withdrawals of groundwater. This happened in Irwin county Georgia about 20 years ago due to all the farms installing irrigation pivots supplied by large bore deep wells. A large cancer cluster formed there and continues to claim victims to this day. Bladder cancer is one of the cancers prevalent from arsenic contamination. Surface contamination of a well by pesticide use is pretty rare thankfully. It takes years or decades for chemicals applied at the surface to seep into shallow aquifers and decades or centuries for them to reach deep aquifers. In a lot of Florida the process can be much faster because of the porous nature of the dominant limestone geology and sinkholes that allow direct access for surface runoff to the shallow water aquifer systems. Your local health department should be able to help you get your well water tested for free.
Treated water doesn't remove chemical contamination either. Really I don't see how it's avoidable if you live in a rural area. Trade lung disease in the city for bladder cancer in the country

If an international barge cannot navigate through it and Army Corp of Engineers has not declared it so , it is a simple private canal. Very few rivers are large enough to be declared so.
What they are doing is MAKING it a Navigable Waterway, so it and his land will fall under FEDERAL REGULATIONS as a "Wetlands and Waterways" AKA, take his land and his rights to it.
@@inharmonywithearth9982 here is the definition of navigable waters in Florida. It basically says the waters are navigable when they can be used by the public. So by Florida law then this canals is navigable. Water is considered navigable when it is of a size and character that make it usable for public purposes. Art. X, § 11, of the Florida Constitution vests title in navigable water to the State of Florida. This means such waters are owned by the State of Florida and held in trust for use by the public.
@@turkey2003 Yes but private waters are not public. The man owns half of the water. That means it is not for public use. The waters are on HIS land, not the states' land.
@@vaikjsf34a yes but Florida law allows the state to claim the water is navigable. They will claim that the pond is open to the public canal system and therefore its navigable water per Florida law and therefore it belongs to the state. His mistake was not knowing the law in his state and not maintaining the berm that kept the pond separated from the canal.

As there is unfortunately really no telling who has been bought and paid off on a local level,or who is in on it at the local county level of government and such.

They did something similar in the St Johns River. And all around Lake George. They used to be a boundary of Eel Grass , and the state has completely eradicated it. Killing native species makes no sense
They did something to wetlands with an endangered species on it near me. Meijer tried to build on it and was told no, so under the cover of darkness they bulldozed the land and said "oops". Now that the protected salamander hasn't been seen in the wetlands for 10 years, they got to build their bullshit. Where is the Environmental Protection Agency when you need them? What happened to all the wetlands laws. Homeowners have have gone to jail in Florida because they moved some dirt around on dry land that was deemed wetlands, and yet here is the state spending millions to destroy natural wetlands, and doing it at gunpoint. This is insane.

Have you taken any water samples since they dumped all of the chemicals into the water behind your home and the fact that the sheriff's department had 2 heavily armed officers accompanying them makes them accountable for any type of damage or pollution related issues that were caused by the substances that they put into the water and the damage that was done in the removal of your no trespassing sign is also a major concern especially when the sheriff's deputies were on the scene and they allowed the company to remove your sign from your property and you are very smart to have recorded them in the action that was committed against you and your right to have a privately owned property that was basically invaded by the county and the state

Yes, a shame that so many in law enforcement don't take the time to question their own authority or actions in cases where they quite often seem to back the tyrants in government over the people's rights.

It is NOT a navigable waterway. Not in any way, shape or form. So it's illegal and needs to be dealt with.
Algae grows when water is badly polluted and there are no plants to consume it. The toxic spraying is a chemical treadmill that keeps getting more polluted. There is an ocean DEAD zone 300 miles wide in the Gulf from this herbicide killing phytoplankton out there.
thats 100% a crime, and you could have legally defended your land.
> legally defended
>> defended
The difference being? Violence must be met with violence.
@@rabbitcreative there are many "differences" to a legal defense young child. Nobodies' life is in imminent danger, so don't start shooting teachers who shouldn't have to relinquish their rights at the door, but... it will be really funny when the city has to come back out, and drain the body of water you own, fill it back up, then stock it with fish, then reseed the banks with native plant life. This is something you can absolutely win in court. It's already ruled at least once in a court that those surface fan boats can violate the navigable waters rights, and the fact that they used them, and you have on film them trying to create their own "navigable" waterway. pfft. a smart lawyer will eat this up. Just don't let the statute of limitations kill you. and be sure to fill in their man-made access with rocks; and document their damages beforehand. *edit- remember, all you have to demonstrate is they created their access, its private property, and the water is stagnant, why does that part matter? it shows the inability to access, or the ability for the chemicals to ever drain; making it unsafe.
In Hernando County, they used herbicide on a field near my grandmother's house. She and my grandfather died of cancer, which is somewhat normal for older people.
What is not normal is that all of their young dogs died of cancer and my mother who is around 40 also developed cancer and was in treatment for this entire past year.
The family sold the house and the couple who moved in, his wife now has cancer.
I used to work for Monsanto, there are numerous documentaries showing they don't care about the side effects of their products, Round Up is now banned in MOST countries, and has class action lawsuites as far away as India.
Hernando Mississippi?
Shame on the these people... to turn on fellow citizens for their lousy payday.. only caring about their families.. shame on them!!! God is alive and well and these demons will pay for their dirty deeds.
Wow. This was nothing but a power trip. They went above and beyond because you asked questions.
Somehow this doesn't sound like the FWC I used to know. I have to wonder about these armed deputies. Something is very wrong here. I wonder WHO is behind this stuff...because it makes no sense at all in terms of the FWC that I used to know.
They are probably trying to make it navigable waters so they can lay claim to it.
Because it is not the FWC. The airboat has the logo of Citrus County and they are county sheriff's deputies.
@@mjb007bond You know it! They don't want us to own anything!
The armed men were facing this man as they passed, so they were there to intimidate this property owner. He should sue for destruction of property, trespass, dumping, dumping of unapproved chemicals by owner, littering, abuse of power, intimidation, Threat with a deadly weapon, and the list goes on. Get a Lawyer, stop the poisoning of ponds.
To point a gun at a homeowner on his property should land them in Jail!
A nice rifle and a tree perch wouldve solved this issue in a hurry
20 year prison sentence under title 18 U.S.C. sections 241 and 242.
@@Cableguy5770 yeahhhh it would of been a fish in a barrel situation if the home owner wanted it to be.
@@Cableguy5770 no not a tree perch. He needs a prepared fighting position with actual cover. Cops shoot back. Deer do not
These chemicals kill all frogs, salamanders, etc
I think one of your Neighbors may figure into this if you dig deep enough. Something very fishy about this. Somebody has some pull with the State to do this as such a slap in the face.
People don't realize how much damage is done and it's much more than just his little acre. People need to stop using herbicide for glamored up looking lawn and waterways. Think about the food chain and where these chemicals will end up and it'd not just in this water
All those men have homes, reciprocate the favor and spray their properties.
Absolutely insane. It's really disturbing that they want to spray the poison all over his property. I would have been furious if it was my land.
"It don't look like they're coming to deliver the mail" --Neil Young
This is why we have the 2A.
It would be far to easy for them to disappear and never be seen again. They wouldn't finish doing this to my property.
Things happen in places like this and nobody ever knows what…People have disappeared..
It's a really good thing your doing I got into arguments on my lake trying to figure out how these decisions are made, I'm still amazed that it's our government officials have not a care for there fellow citizens who have valid points theres no respect for our views on the matter because they have been doing this since the indians
Industrial revolution is a war against everything pure and natural and good.
Um I’m Native American there is no since the Indians, we’re still here.
@@justaman-km1hl Don't you think he meant since the Indians-your ancestors- were first came in contact with? Government officials doing what they want to do.
God bless you i hope you have a win on this even though they ruined a beautiful area that will possibly never have a return
Can we get an update on this story? Was he able to get them to stop? Seems there is grounds for some type of court filing.
Out of control Government!! Please sue the hell out of them!
Concrete your signs in. Harder for them to illegally remove them.
Petition the court for an injunction.
You have every right to build a fence on your property. Just make sure it's a strong one.
If they used chemicals that can cause cancer then you can sue them, they're not allowed to force you to allow chemicals on your property
> not allowed
HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA you poor naive chump.
This is going on worldwide with the chemtrails brain it's been going on for years and I've also personally witnessed it in Burbank California as they will drive through the alley and spray people's yards and plans which they considered weeds or something even though everything was still green at that time.. they never asked the homeowner or the tenants and they just did it.
Chem trail. What is that?
@@grampa_ahah it’s those trails of “smoke” across the skies. People claim that the govt is dumping chemicals from out of airplanes in order to allegedly control the weather or things of that nature. It’s all hearsay, but who knows, the govt. could be spraying the atmosphere with chemicals for some reason. Who knows? Cheers!
@@grampa_ahah It's a conspiracy theory claiming that the condensation trails behind airplanes are actually chemicals being sprayed on us to control us.
Sue the hell out of the state and the Sheriff's Department!!!!From what I saw you have every LEGAL right!!!
I think 50 armed residents with would be treat enough to run them off for trespassing
What they did was so shady and a blatant attack on his land. Wonder what came out of this
II don't live in Florida. Thank God. If they tried this on my property, there would have been a meeting of force with force. They would have got me, but some of them would have joined me on that last journey.
yeah right.
We’re from the government and we’re here to help!
There is corrupt activity going on here. I'd fight to have these deputies fired.
