Since his estate has not been responsive I believe it may have been defaulted to the suing party. That is probably until his estate can go back to court on it.

Being that you're a real Prince are there songs which Prince sampled from another artist. Please let me know because that's extremely interesting regarding such a great music creator as Prince.....
