She had a fiduciary duty. Which is a legal obligation to act in the best interests of another person or entity. That does NOT mean holding street parties and pretending to give money goods and gifts away all at the taxpayers expense. She has to be accountable and transparent in all her dealings. Which also means she cannot spend public money that has NOT been authorised or allocated to that purpose by the Board of Trustees otherwise she is taking money without permission. Whilst she tries to publicly blame other people for all the problems it seems to me that she is the one telling people to break the law and if they fail to comply they lose their jobs. Maybe people are being given time to come forward and tell the investigating authorities what "they did" and to cooperate with the investigation as you could say that anyone still holding an official position in Dolton or Thornton has been complicit in enabling Tiffany in one way or another.
When is she gonna be arrested??!!!!! Im soooo sick of this woman

If you are asking when the FBI will arrest her, the answer is simple - When they are damn well good and ready.
What that means is the FBI, when investigating, works on their own schedule. They rarely rush. They are methodical, and make sure to cross every "i", and dot every "t". When they have enough evidence to put her away a dozen times over, THAT is when they will arrest her.
We want to see a standard arrest but it's unlikely she will. There will be a removal from office and that hasn't happened. Then there will be charges, a trial and if found guilty she will be taken into custody.

I learned a valuable lesson as a supervisor on my job. When I interview some one w/ an excellent resume and they interview extremely well for the most part , BUT I get a vibe that they maybe difficult to supervisor or work w/ other people , I will pass on hiring the person. You don't want difficult staff. You can look back and see signs that Henyard is difficult.

With her attorney stating she was dependent on Keith F to make decisions, to me she is basically admitting to not being competent to do her job.I think this defense will be debunked quickly with so much video footage of her as a trustee and now as a mayor showing that she is aware of her duties and responsibilities.
