My wife BRC expired days ago. She had settle status. I'm eu national. She don't want go this year abroad. She applies new BRC or wait e visa mail? Please reply.
Assalamualeikum sir mene Evisa application ki hai. Home Office ki taraf se kitne time ke baad jawaab ata hai? UK se bahir reh kar banda ka sakta hai EVisa apply, koi masla to nahi? thank you
Sir can I apply for eu settlement if my child is eu settled? Parents are separated but have prof of relationships. Child is under 8 and dependent on parents . Other parent is eu national.

@@DesiOutdoors my sister has Portugal passport and pre Settlement on the basis of my brother in law...mother has pre Settlement on the basis of sister.they got their pre Settlement in April 2021....is there any possibility for me on these bases?
