It’s better for last note of tenor to be re instead of mi. Then for soprano-alto-tenor you have ti-so-re (7-5-2 or B-G-D in C which is a G major chord or the 5) instead of ti-so-mi (7-5-3 or B-G-E in C which is an E minor chord or the 3). If you were playing piano underneath, the chord would be the 5 at this point so it matches instead of clashing.

Tenor will be on "fa" note.

It depends whether the la is the above the mi or the la below in the lower octave. Let me assume the la is the one below in the lower then it is the tenors that should sing the la. The altos should sing the do. So we have mi, do, la

There are 6 harmonies you can form. If it starts with a ti then find the harmony that has a ti in it. It could be a ti, so and mi or ti so and re. Watch this new video, it explains everything in detail
