Key West Grouper Limits - Staying in State Waters

Every year, we travel to Key West for the opening day of grouper season. This year, new regulations limit our vessel limit of Black Grouper to two if we venture more than three miles from land. Join us as we dive the shallows to catch our limit of one grouper per person in state waters!

I live in the keys I'm sorry but you are wrong about state waters. Highlighted Boundary maps and management zones in FWC website define "Florida state waters are from shore to 3 nautical miles on the Atlantic and from shore to 9 nautical miles on the gulf.. The map you posted @ 0:46 clearly shows the highlighted section 9 miles on the gulf side in Monroe.......
