Surely a 7* Hotel, everything first class, just as your walking trails are too. You both are great ambassadors in promoting all that is good with Cornwall, for me this has to be England's gem.

Well...Andrew scrubbed up well. Never seen him looking so smart!
This was a well deserved stay for both of you...for all that walking you do on our behalf.
My dad used to take me over to Budock Vean some Sundays so it was nice to see it in its current form. It still looks lovely.

Having just returned today from a rather less than luxurious weekend on the IOW this was a bit of an eye opener! Green with envy. You two make great Travelogue Presenters...Visit Cornwall should snap you up (and Mr. Scrumptious too of course, who also got a look in digging for treasure!)...I'm sure this Hotel will defo get some business now from your video and descriptions. It looked amazing. And who knew that Andrew could give Ronnie O'Sullivan a run for his money too!! 😃 Will be near the Helford River soon myself but won't be having posh nosh and luxury like this! What a treat for you both & such a good idea for the Hotel to get you to showpiece their accommodation & facilities. Bet more of the Cornish holiday homes & hotels follow suit after seeing this!..... x J x

What a real treat. Everything looks so beautiful and lush! And the food looked so delicious. The area is lovely and the boat trip looks amazing too. I really enjoyed to watch this beautiful area where I walked this summer. Our boat man was luckily not at all drunk 🤣 The places you mention at the end of the video are great tips. I was to St. Michael's Mount in July and will visit Eden Project again next summer. Thank you for sharing. Torunn 😍

Great, informative entertaining video. Never heard of it but what a stunning hotel and grounds. Off-season prices are reasonable; could pay more in London without the benefit of such beautiful scenery. Only problem is the added cost of travel from home for such a short stay and the need to have a facility for our medical alert dog that has to accompany us everywhere. Superb place though.

Grew up at Maenporth but I’m embarrassed to say I’ve never been to the Budock Vean. Looks lovely, but how did you get the facilities to yourself? Used to sail in the 70s and anchor off Grebe Beach, sometimes walk to the Ferryboat Inn or have a bbq on the beach. Happy days. Looks like you enjoyed your stay xx

The vlog was lovely👌😊... So nice that you are getting paid for showing beautiful Cornwall👏😊..
EXCEPT..one criticism is at the beginning (first 3 mins) the VERY loud klicking-beat background music🎶 was VERY distracting and annoying 🙉 and made listening to your first comments impossible to focus on😭! Also the music style did not fit the "tranquil" content.
I am so sad that just because you tube stats say "background music keeps people on a channel longer".. All you tubers are now adding it! 🙁. The thing is a lot of you tubers, like yourselves, that have beautiful, informative videos, do NOT need that style of background music! Your content is fantastic without that annoying beat-background music distraction!.. I can understand it could be useful in other "brainless style content channels", but it's not necessary for your beautiful channel😉.

Indeed! But you would miss out on all Cornwall has to offer! And the prices quoted are for 2 nights for 2 people at peak season, not just one night. There are plenty of dates to choose at a lower price! Sarah :)
