I would catalyze the colors in the bottles less than 1% to avoid having any of the stripes kick off before you finish tucking the laps...a few drops per oz Maximum. ... The "flood" or larger batch or resin will seal everything up and everything will cure the way it should if catalyzed properly. all depends on your temps in the room and how much resin your using... calculators are awesome.

how much extra do you charge for that? 2 Gals of resin in the catch basin and it still hasn't gelled after 15 mins what kind of resin is that? or is it a cold day in Austin Tx? ,

just finish furnishing foam board but i have problem with fiber glassing the foam,
how do i prevent resin(glassing) from melting the foam?
wrong foam dude...some types of foam melt with epoxi
Mars Maramba Different resin. You need foam safe resin. Or use epoxy, or seal the foam with a foam sealer before glassing.
