Nice setup. One bit of possible waning on the lights, and the same Nilight brand from Amazon. I have the same set on my boat. Its only used in fresh water and I have had quite a bit of corrosion on the screws and such. Lights still work fine but they are not as pretty? They have been on my boat for about 2 years now.
Thanks for watching! That's a great warning for those looking to do the same upgrade. Perhaps substituting stainless hardware if using in a saltwater environment will help with the longevity! Thanks for the comment!
I have found the Harbor Freight lights to be very solid. I got them for my truck after the NiLights didnt seem to hold up as well. They are I think a little more solid and come with much better DT waterproof connectors. Similar cost as well when purchased in pairs. (Sold separately)
Hi Morgan! Thanks for watching. Unfortunately, I do not have any new videos for this setup. I bought a boat and sold the trailer and kayak. That said, I am still available to answer any questions you may have regarding the trailer (in case you are building something similuar). Again, thanks for watching!
