This fellow is my favorite weather reporter. He is very knowledgeable and has a great voice that Is very easy to understand. He is very accurate with his forecast. Better than any local weather forecaster in my area. He is my go to for a forecast

Living in North Alabama, approaching tornado season, I will be following you very closely. We are fortunate to have some top-notch meteorologists in our area. However, the last couple of tornado events took us by surprise. Thinking everything was over, many of us let our guard down, but still had some EF 1 tornados strike without warning. No sirens, nothing. I will be tuned in to you, along with my tv and weather radio. We can't be too careful here!!! 🌪 🌪🌪🌪🌪🌪🌪🌪🌪
I live just east of st louis. Grew up here. The past 5 years have had the least amount of snow IMHO. This year we at least GOT SNOW. I had 8 inches in my yard this year - haven't had that much in decades. I'd say this is the best year for snow in a long while. On the west central side of the state at least. Crazy how a few hours can have a huge diff.

New Orleans here. I have no meteorological knowledge at all but going by the weather we usually have in February that’s our coldest month generally speaking. I have a feeling we will see at least ice again sometime in February. It always freezes or snows in la nina winters here
As a person with ADHD, I highly recommend this weather channel to keep us engaged. Max covers MOST of the Country -- which is more that the Weather Channel. And he is better with the information-organization. .

This has been probably one of the most unusual winters i have ever seen. January wildfires like its august when it should be cold and snowy. February thunderstorms tornados when it should be subzero temperatures with at least snow every other day. I miss 90s winters
climate 'shift ', its just moving slightly off of what humans have been use to ever since the Younger Dryas, our planet is a changing and we have to observe it correctly to be able to adapt.
Oh man do I miss 90s winters! We have 2 brand new inflatable sleds that have sat in our shed for 5 years!!! Santa brought them and we never got a significant enough snowfall to use them 😭 I love snow! ❄️
I beg to differ with the map shown at 0:32. I'm in Missouri and it has been neither warm or dry. It's been bitter cold and we still have ice and snow on the ground from a storm 2 weeks ago.

Sorry to disagree with you. Winter time weather is hard to predict past 7 days on an accurate basis, especially along the Pacific Coast. The coming 10 days the models are all over the place so don't you think this carries over to a monthly forecast? Monthly forecasts are always inaccurate.

You do know though, that baroclinic zone development, does NOT automatically mean snowstorms are imminent. It's just something to literally look out for.

I don't live in Ohio I don't complain about air temperature in the summer just the humidity and The only time I complain about the winter temperature is when it's really cold and to cold for snow
We need some snow here in the Midwest. I’m in northern Illinois and we’ve barely had 6 inches total and not all at once. Usually northern Wisconsin has a good amount but even they don’t this year. Not a good year for snowmobiling
I know what it's like in Southwest Wisconsin and there was like yesterday like there's going to be this winter storm next weekend and I haven't seen anybody talk about it today
The picture that was used for a thumbnail makes it look like you are saying tons of snow for the bottom of the country but it’s actually the opposite 😂 I’m not complaining, I was bummed but maybe I don’t understand the thumbnail. But seems misleading to those of us in Texas who want snow 😂😂
Hopefully your prediction pans out because man, it has been so dry here! There's just a dusting of snow on the ground in Minnesota, of all places, and that will be gone after the warmer temps the next few days. We desperately need moisture!

Central Arkansas here. I slept with my balcony door open last night. All night! It never left the 40s, ever!!! I need to invest in some new summer tee shirts for the coming years. My winter items are becoming a thing of the past as winter becomes less of a season but just an accumulation of a few short weeks. The weather app that came downloaded in my tablet keeps showing the "possibly " of rain, like 10%! Crazy. At least I had the chance to wear my winter boots once this year. Lol. :)
Northwest Arkansas here. Been a resident for 36 years and honestly, I don't recall having temps, particularly overnight lows this cold. Sure, last night was pleasant here as well but it's been frigid for weeks, and temps in the teens are not very typical. I recall a number of Christmas's where my kids played outside on their toys in shorts and T-shirts, I haven't seen that in close to a decade now. Whether changes, it did then, and it is now. Not much to see here, I just hope for mild winters as I hate the cold and loate snow!

February is always dangerous for us here in SC. Back in 2020 we had 4 tornadoes within 1 mile from us.

Last April a whole ass tree fell and landed with a branch less than an inch from our bedroom window 😂 that day we had nonstop 70mph winds
